the list is somewhat flawed because it is stated on several occasions in the manhwa that the only korean s hunters that were on japanese level were Hunter Cha and the chairman, the others were considered significantly below japan s hunters to the point they even mentioned besides cha none of them would be part of a japanese strike force. That being said is understandable why people undersell the japanese hunters since they got fodered on their first fight
