So versatile, got me hooked to the removable chin, now I have 2 different makes, the internal visor started failing in 2 months, ventilation is quite good though, I use it in high temps and it fairs well with other makes. The real issue is the shell size, looks really ridiculous and feels bulky.
This is a really good idea for cold weather riding because the inner neck gaiter can be pulled up to the ears then the chin bar clipped in which has a mesh band to hold up under the chin. Then the outer neck gaiter sits up under all that. Then i guess in the hot slow traffic the chin bar is out for max cooling. I like mine and would love to see more options along this design line because im sorry to say its super loud. I end up always leaving the shield off and riding with the inner visor down. Even in the cold, my hand guarded, mittened fingers get cold before my face does..? I know weird. Maybe my inner gaiter need pull tabs so i can have a regular helmet to slip on then pull the gaiter up or maybe its just not a problem? Thanks for the review
I still have a N44 which I use as a full face helmet, because of it’s huge visor. I just wish they had a full face helmet with this visor, I don’t need the modular design and would like a more quiet helmet.
I had the older version. I LOVE the helmet otherwise, but nois levels are absolutely insane. I ride with noise cancelling ear buds and I had to card some space for them in the stirofoam inside.

@@Dr0ctagonapus5 not accurate, the helmets from Nolan that come to the US are DOT only and have a different shell than the ECE counterparts. So this helmet, sold in the US market is DOT only.
Couldn't say it better myself, it doesn't look cool like the Icon helmet with the big visor (clearly the inspiration of this monstrosity IMO), doesn't look safe (in comparison to a normal full helmet), it's not cheap as a jet helmet, looks just pointless

I really appreciate that you didn't gloss over the downsides throughout the review!
This is currently my daily helmet. I just love the way the inside padding hugs my head.
I just love this helmet. Own 3 different iterations of it. Will never go back to standard helmet.

Love the honesty! Always the best!

well i have had a nolan N70 and its time to replace it with the new N70-2 i just like the way its is designed as you have a great vison of view
While riding, is it a noisy helmet???
Thanks for the video
I hope F9 gets this and put it through the paces
i was going to buy this helmet .... suddenly i see this video and change the choice, thanks
Any word about noise levels? I've had the Nolan 55 and while I love it, it is extremely loud! Wondering if there are any changes with this model.

I'm thinking this is what an Earther version of the MCRN MMC helmet would be...
Noisy ?
>Only DOT certified
Yeah, no thanks.
It is ECE 06 certified

👌
Ooof brutal 😂
Hm, Revzilla didn't even read their own Q&A on this helmet before reviewing it. A bit silly.

@@patrickmchugh8039 They say it's DOT only. Nolan helmets are DOT and ECE. They just label them for where they're going.

This helmet is a hard pass given the competition, the DOT only just solidifies that for me.
Yeah, strange since it's made in Italy - maybe an export only, but definitely not confidence inspiring.
The video is misleading. They are DOT and ECE, but ECE isn't recognized in the states so they don't put the sticker on. The reverse is true in Europe.
Seems like a do-it-all good for nothing helmet. I don't really understand what this products target demographic is.

A very nice useless piece of plastic
You need special help if you struggle opening the vents on this helmet😂
Nope. Not at all.
