@frankie mendivil yep. Anyone that has ever dug a hole that's big enough to fit in knows that the unearthed dirt, roots, and bugs do not magically disappear. Still great asmr, though. Very relaxing.
@@frankiemendivil6459 yeah I assume every video like this is fake unless it’s Primitive a technology channel. It’s a cool video, but I highly doubt it’s real. Real hard like concrete? lol Go out in your driveway and try to dig a hole in it with a hoe. Not even close to concrete. What she built is cool and all till it collapses and becomes her grave.
Without the specifics on the soil composition, I’d hold any opinion until after the first very heavy rain. Certain clays are hard as rock until they become saturated with water and turn to a runny mess.
The ability to construct networks of such underground bunkers and tunnels that were virtually undetectable even if you were right on top of them was one of the hallmarks of the Viet Cong (and one of the reasons they prevailed over much better armed opposition in Vietnam). Those bunker making skills clearly live on with this girl.
It's a jungle. Soil accumulates faster in the jungle.....you're thinking of an alluvial plain where rocks erode from bedrock and are mixed into the soil.
It's fake. They film her doing a few scenes and the rest is built with machinery and a crew. There are tons of these type of fake videos. They will never release a full time lapse video.
I had the same thought...like the VC tunnels I heard about were apparently more substantial and comfortable than I had imagined, but then I was a baby then.

Hard work pays off, she’s proof if you want anything you’ll work hard for it. This is a powerful woman, I pray that her plans for her future will continue to be successful…👏🏽
She actually made a perfect smoke hole. That's not easy, seems easy but not easy. Most of the Viking videos omit this and it's pretty essential. Then she had it double as a baking zone which is pretty ingenious It's pretty dark in there which it's smart to bring the lantern.
You are one amazing woman. I would still do this you are never to old. I just don't have the right land. But I'm thinking ! Just goes to show you you can survive, half to use your mind God gave you. Thanks for your Video
She, or one of her team mates made a good smoke hole, but they failed to show a ventilation hole. Smoke cannot leave unless there is fresh air to replace it. So, unless that well sealed door actually allowed air to pass through it, which doesn't appear likely, ventilation is needed to prevent smoke from filling up the space. And that lantern... whoever lit that lantern doesn't know anything about them. The flame was set WAY too high causing it to soot up the globe in a short period of time.
The on camera off camera work cycle ratio (1 to 4) is impressive. For example to shoot a 3-5 minute segment of a continuous scene at normal speed before it is cut to prepare for another angle or scene. I assume this is where there is 15 minutes segment off camera to clear more debris and volume of earth before resuming the next cut. When you speed the video up slightly that 3-5 minute segment is now a 1-2 minute segment. Piece the scenes together in your storyboard to get your total 19-22 minute video. The camera angles and lighting is impressive as well. There must be a small crew too coordinate this episode to remove that much earth and to then sculpt it in one day of shooting to make a 20 minute video. Impressive none the less but once you understand what you have to go through as a videographer to tape this and the large amount of editing then you understand what went in to this to create. Huge credit to the builder, cameraman and editor for this episode.

I thought that same thing, too. What about those army of ants that she passed over the way? They could also viciously attack or any kind of wild insects or spiders. No way am I going down in there without any protection.
@@Palmetto-J the ants are most likely somewhere completely different. these videos are not shot in the middle of the jungle but normally on someone's property. and she also didn't do this by herself the way they portray it. there's some pretty good debunking videos about this trend
I don't know how long this actually took to do, but I must say, this young lady is super-super impressive... on so many levels. I'm sure that this beautiful functional, artistically impressive work took a long time ⌛️, but this young lady's endurance, and absolute skill is no joke. Ma'am, I wish only the best for you in life, and may you and yours always be well.
🤔🤔 amazing what one can do if thought and determination come together. She definitely knows how to survive and live beyond the need for someone to do everything for you.
Trying to understand why this woman is not very dirty, her hair and shirt look very clean for the most part, no dirt in her hair even after she is throwing it in the air out of the tunnel. Doing all of this work with no gloves and what appears to be no abrasions on her hands and using only one tool. I'm definitely missing something in this video besides her exceptional building skills. She knows how to stay clean while digging around in dirt and stone with one tool. Also, where did she get the nice pieces of grass sods from? Here, I am going to Home Depot and Lowes and buying all these different tools!
Sadly most of these videos have been exposed as fakes. The ones with two thin asian men who build swimming pools and multi story buildings out of mud and sticks are staged. They found power equipment and a larger crew near the projects. This is pretty similar in style. If I had to bet...

I find her hard to believe. She had nothing but a sharp hacking tool. She dug out the underground chamber with her bare hands. No shovel and just throwing the dirt out through the hole. From my experience with yard work, it is not possible to do all that work and not wear down my nails and tear off the skin from my fingers and palms. While doing that kind of rough and heavy work she did not manage to build more muscles in her arms and the rest of her slender frame.
In 1972, Sergeant Yokoi whom was a member of the Japanese Imperial Army was finally captured in Guam. He built an underground dwelling very similar to this which enabled him to live undetected for 27 years.
I'm amazed. The only 'drawback' to this creation is the smoke from the 'chimney'. It gives you away. Still fantastic though. AND I love the sound effects. Great job. 😏👋
I'm neither poor enough to know that this woman didn't just waste a few weeks digging this, nor am I intuitive enough to know that these types of videos are overwhelmingly fake...therefore, I just have to say wow what a great inspiring woman, who knows things even today's technology can't do. She's got all the perfect balance of skills and creativity.
Yes, reasonable comment. It is interesting to watch the growth of the dwelling and the finished product. I guess no one is making claims other than a woman has made herself an unusual abode! The good quality of the film/video suggests someone is there filming yet, all the shots are fixed there is no panning. If she did the digging and construction on her own, the that is an incredible feat. Again, that she came into the forest/jungle with just a small bag and some tools suggests she has suppliers or help. So the video has oversimplified it without making grand claims. Very clever.
@@zangin how do you know she’s hard working? Sure she gets her fingers dirty for the sake of the clips that they film, but that doesn’t tell me anything more than what I see on camera. The real hard work that is done in between each shot, that’s all implied to be done by her, but that’s the magic of filmmaking called the Kuleshov Effect.
Wow! Incredible bushcraft skills. These are skills everyone ought to know. Real freedom is self-sufficiency and independence of others. Keep up the great work!
Extremely impressive. I am sure this project took many months or perhaps many years? She obviously chose a site with the right soil composition. As someone trained by my local fire department about the risk of confined spaces and the risk of carbon dioxide build up, I wonder about ventilation in such an underground shelter.
well typically the theme is like this. You see the gist of what a pretty girl is doing, the beginning stages. Then off camera the main build crew of laborers come in to do 98 % of the work, So probably didn't take months, probably just days. Then in the video the pretty girl who appears to have did this in hours and still looks pretty eats her favorite meal that is absolutely cooked perfectly in a mud oven. Not even a mosquito bite... perfectly executed... 8 million views... get the paper.... unfortunately this is what we are watching now
lol exactly @@indianacreekwalker4474 unless? not? I would like to hear more of the back story for sure. I did learn some building skills as a redneck child, but nothing this sophisticated.
Her ability to gauge distance, length and generally to "eyeball" things was already impressing me, even before she dug EXACTLY where needed to make a chimney for the fireplace.
Very impressive to say the least. What was interesting the most was there we’re absolutely no rocks or roots to deal with in that hard dirt. That must have taken months to build.
Funny. While the western chics are running around with their heads chopped off, this Vietnamese chic can build you a bunker during a zombie apocalypse. That's a keeper
Pure editing magic is what it is. She has a handful of these videos all starting with a "random" walk through the woods. She obviously knows how to use some tools, but this isn't done by hand. In other videos you can catch a peek of tracks from more than likely an excavator. All this and she manages to maintain her pedicure.
The viet cong mastered these subterranean constructions during the war. They had built extensive tunnels, alternative entrances and exits, air shafts, living areas, dining areas, even full hospital and surgery tables underneath. But they had an entire company digging away, perhaps even 2 or 3 companies digging and moving dirt away, chopping bamboo to make support reinforcements, furniture, etc. Our soldiers crawled through them with nothing more than a crook necked flashlight and a 1911 .45 crawling with cockorahces and rats to root out the underground compartments, truly claustrophobic, fear and panic barely under control. Th3se tunnels rats of chu chi were super tough and brave soldiers.

I am overly amazed how she does all this in clay dirt without a protective mask over her nose and eyes. She is a tough lady. I admire her courage and strength. This is awesome to see how artistic she is . WOW she is great🥰🥰🥰
I am impressed with her building skills with hardly any tools. She isn't even wearing gloves. That much digging and scraping dirt would leave my hands raw. I saw her on tiktok recently and I asked if she owns the land she is building this on. Also, would actual people live there or does it have to be the end of the world before someone lives there? Im also wondering how long did it actually take her to build this in real time? The digging alone, without any equipment, must have taken a long time and no help to boot.
Where did the water come from ? Where did the food come from ? Where did the nail varnish on her toes come from ? This is an impressive display of burrowing skill, but it may not be much more than that.
I was on a crew with no backhoe, just a shovel , and I could dig a hole 8 feet deep, 12 feet long and 5 feet wide in 2-1/2 hours. If you know the proper way to dig it is fast and easy , if you let the shovel work you it will take forever. Learned from some of the best old timers on the crew.
God has given this woman strength, persistent, the will to keep going and not give up. This is wonderful to see God bless her hands to make a place for her comfortability. To have this is wonderful to see. God bless her and keep her safe.
Incredible feat; most guys could not accomplish what she did myself included. How long did this project take? If it took a day this is super impressive. This is inspiring g me to do a build a shelter.
"Most guys couldnt accomplish..." Speak for yourself dude not for me. And for the record Asian builds like this are well known for being fake and done with teams🙄
I used the word, "most" not "all.". Based on this video seen here, I viewed a single woman build an underground shelter y herself and not a team. Most comfort seeking folks could and would not build this underground shelter, and that is irrelevant of ethnicity, race, or creed..@@BuckRolly1

Very interesting. My hat's off to you for your ambitions and skill. I saw you dig a small shaft, which I assumed was the chimney for the fireplace, but never saw the connection being made. I assume the horizontal connection to the chimney shaft would have a slight upward angle to create a draft to the chimney. My biggest concern was the lack of revetting for walls and ceiling, especially as the soil appeared so sandy. How long did it take to build and how long could it be expected to last without wear and collapse?
I believe the only "seeing" of the chimney connection was her going and clearing the dirt that fell through when she connected the chimney to the fireplace. starting around 8:10 or so?
If its sand then its been hardened ànd compacted somehow bc sand usually runs through yr fingers. Maybe its some kind of soft stone, pumice or similar?
I would love to do something like this if I wasn't so darn lazy! This is too cool. Girl, you deserve every dollar and more if you're not getting paid already from the views.
How about a sequel with her backstory and the locale (Vietnam?). I noticed the relative ease of digging the limestone and how she seemed to hike directly to the spot and start digging. Is knowing where to dig as important as actually doing it? Amazing woman, great video. Thank you.
All these videos are fake. They film parts in studios, other times they have entire crews with machinery. Meanwhile they just show these tiny fast forwarded clips and somehow people are gullible enough to believe it's all real
Good video editing skills! Because if one were to believe this video, one would think that little lady did all of that by herself - just using that little spatula on a stick! LOL... NO WAY!! Years ago I bought a brand new Pik-Axe from Home Depot and a shovel... just using those 2 tools I dug up all of my underground drain pipes and renovated them with newer - bigger & thicker pipes; the old ones were smashed & mangled by tree roots. I also chopped down a small tree in front of the house with the "axe" part. By the time I got done, that pik-axe was TOAST!! It was as dull as a kitchen spoon, and the "Pik" portion was bent. So unless her lil "spatula" had a diamond edge, it also woulda been as dull as a butter knife. The hardest part of the job was hacking through the TREE ROOTS!!! OMG, That's what turned the "Pik" side into a soup-spoon. Now what I notice in THIS video.... although she's in a whole damn JUNGLE, she didn't seem to get stuck hacking through a SINGLE TREE ROOT - Even though she's RIGHT BESIDE DOZENS OF TREES... and NO ROOTS?? 🤔 IMPOSSIBLE!! My guess is, she only dug for about 5 minutes with the spatula... just for the video. Then she would stop and a whole team would come in and finish that section. Then they put her back in there for another 5 minutes on a new section, then she comes out and the team does THAT section - Nice seamless editing skills though! 🙂 Another observation, when I was doing my work - I was DRENCHED IN SWEAT!!! I could take my shirt off and wring it out. But she only had a "shiny face" a few times and her shirt was NEVER soaked through like mine was. There's NO WAY I could have slept after 6 or 7 hours of digging & hacking, I was all sticky & funky and got about 3 or 4 mosquito bites PER dig session. But she ate her food and slept - no problem! lol.. It also took me about 2 months (only working on weekends) to finish... if I coulda worked on it full time, I might have finished it in 2-3 weeks... maybe 4. But the video makes it seem like she did ALL OF THAT in less than a DAY!! LMAOOooo...😂😂😂.. NO WAY!!! And finally... the DIRT on the outside that she tossed out wasn't even enough to account for the amount of space that was actually dug out. The rubble on the outside was BARELY enough to fill the initial entrance. But had she REALLY tossed out all of the dirt that was necessary to fill that hole, it shoulda been almost a TON of dirt around the opening when she climbed out - but there wasn't - not even 500 lbs worth! Do you people REALLY believe she tossed a TON of dirt with her bare hands and a dull spatula?? lol.. So it's a nice video, but NO WAY she did it all by herself with that lil spatula lol. I still like these videos though, but once I figured out that the person they were showing didn't really do all of that, I started watching them just to pick out the errors & inconsistencies that expose it. 😁👍
That is one of the smartest/ well designed Underground Tunnel Shelter Home, the only three things I would add with bamboo is a skylight, hide enterence and a vent on western side ( where wind blows towards sunset, where tunnel drift goes) I'm really tempted to build one ... super great idea and workman(woman)ship ...
@@Reggie2000 that would be designed in two small vent levels, the second would be to drain any water outside in ways that cannot be noticed ... Nice observation
Not really of course video don't show actual time- and I wish she had gloves and a bucket to help her with throwing out dirt. I'm sure her hands needs so.e moisturizing- but she did a great job and she also is a very attractive lady. I wish she was around when I dumped my ex. An attractive lady that can help me around the house and don't mind getting dirty & NOT SCARED TO PUT A WORM ON A HOOK. PRICELESS!!!!!!!!
Of course she didn't do it in just a few hours (or even days), but I never saw anywhere that claims she did. Only showing parts of the various steps she took to create the space. Obviously she already had a basic blueprint in mind before she ever started digging and it shows. Form follows function and everything done with as much economy of movement and space as possible while still allowing at least a bit of space to move around in and not feel so cramped in. I am impressed with the skill set shown. So what if they edited large portions of the total time out? Does ANYBODY have the amount of time to spare to watch every single movement she made across at least several weeks? Of course not. This was very skillfully edited to show what she did and how without being overwhelming from a watcher's perspective. Hell, I wouldn't mind having a little place like this myself, but the soil type, compaction rate and water table locally would present serious issues to overcome
Imagine what you could do with a solar powered jackhammer with a wide spoon blade and a narrow one. Sandstone is so nice to work in. It's very forgiving. Nice job young lady. I'm inspired.
Now that would probably be too much power and that would probably cave in a lot of shit that she dug out without a doubt People in this Comment section has no brain
This would be one woman in the world to never really anger, She is good with a machete and knows how to dig fast and deep, they would never find the body.
You inspire women all over the world with your ingenuity and creativity. I see more women doing things, like travel, motorbiking, camping, wood-craft, and mechanical skills because women like you cleared the path so that they could see the world from a different perspective. You are impressive
"SirGolfAlot" No matter what, very few people will ever do something like this. Some people may want to but do not have the skills and/or may be too old and their bodies are not able to try something like that. Someone with diabetes cannot merely go off in the wild and make an underground cave to live in and hide from the rest of the world.
I wanna know the composition of that dirt! I've watched vids of people here in the states digging out underground log houses and they all seem to run into clay of some sort. This stuff here become part of the structure wherever she deems she wants it. Ultimately impressed with this woman's tenacity, endurance and dedication.
I noticed that also and wondered if she sought a specific area for the dirt and its so hard and compact. I would be concerned about a cave in but it seems very strong more than regular ground .

@@skully1030 Lol, I don't believe for a second that she did that in one day. The only dirt that you could dig that volume of dirt out that quickly would be so soft it would cave in before you get very far. But then again, when I was a teenager I dug a ditch for my uncle that was 3 feet deep, 1 foot wide and 75 feet long in one afternoon with a shovel. Looking back at that I am still amazed that I did that and now wouldn't have believed I did it but I was there so I know I did.... earned $5 so I felt rich!
@@cfneal1459 I live in an area where there is lots of sand and clay in the ground. Also the water level here is so high that no one can build basements anywhere in the county. You can build half basements but then you have to always contend with water seeping into the part that is actually underground. There was an excavation site hear our house where the county would go to get sand. On one of the walls they had left during their digging we got the wild idea to try to make a small dug out. We got about a foot or so dug out when the roof came crashing down. It looked fairly solid but it turned out not to be. Later after they quit using the site any holes that were dug below 15 feet below the ground level filled with spring water. We did enjoy our newly discovered swimming hole until my uncle (rightfully) chased us out of there. He was a county supervisor and he lived at the entrance to the excavation site. He really was just looking out for his hardheaded nephews. So to make sense of all this rambling, we must have a different type of soil.

@@marknettles I think you should look up some actual off grid videos and then come back to this. It's not quite the same. Where's her water supply? How does she plan on maintaining her sustenance? Otherwise, just enjoy the content and have fun. Life is just too short to bump yourself out.
yeh, it is probably the ratio of clay to dirt that is why its harder than regular dirt. i was also thinking l that if it rains frequently and its hot in a continuous cycle, over time, this may make the particles stick together more than usual and compaction could result from lateral tectonic movement or from above, and its composition may make it a little more impervious to water underneath the v top layers that look like they are softer and with less compact form.
This is one one the most amazing and inspiring videos I've seen online. I just can't figure out what material she was digging out. Dirt, sand, or what because the entire time I was expecting the structure to collapse in on itself.
So she's obviously not there alone which is cool, but not sure why it's made to seem like that. So curious how long this actually took. Amazing ingenuity
Awesome project, really fun to watch. But I'd add another vent for air in. A second vent probably at the other end of the space would allow for air flow in as the stove vent creates a low pressure from hot air rising out of it. The spaces around the entrance when closed off will bring some air in; that is if they don't make the entrance complete sealed off. But the fire, even when smoldering will burn off oxygen in that small confined space. And air will be rising from the vent above the cooking area hence air flow back down that vent will be way lower than what is possible when the fire is not burning. Breathing comfortably in there might not be happening with the door closed and the fire going. Anyone with a deeper knowledge of confined spaces please reply here. Kids watching this video might want to try this.
I was looking for comments about this, Most definitely another air vent is required especially for fresh air replenishment of being in a confined space..Otherwise she has made perfect well made tomb for herself.

They didn't prevail. The WEST just decided to leave because it wasn't a popular war politically.
Hmm and she didn't encounter one rock
😂 She sent smoke signals up immediately.
Wonder where she did this..what soil..what rainls to flood her place
It's a jungle. Soil accumulates faster in the jungle.....you're thinking of an alluvial plain where rocks erode from bedrock and are mixed into the soil.
If I ever needed a person to help me survive in the wilderness and forest I choose her. Her skills are unmatched.❤
Tomorrow, she's adding on a 2 car garage.
It's fake. They film her doing a few scenes and the rest is built with machinery and a crew. There are tons of these type of fake videos. They will never release a full time lapse video.
Of course I realize that, and I also know the video was edited very well. No need to state the obvious!

Beautiful, yes. However, you can't be clostrophobic.
Plus she has a pedicure! And gets them quite frequently.

And no dust flying around
This right here shows us how the VC were so well prepared and organized.

How did she go from dirt to cement?
She, or one of her team mates made a good smoke hole, but they failed to show a ventilation hole. Smoke cannot leave unless there is fresh air to replace it. So, unless that well sealed door actually allowed air to pass through it, which doesn't appear likely, ventilation is needed to prevent smoke from filling up the space. And that lantern... whoever lit that lantern doesn't know anything about them. The flame was set WAY too high causing it to soot up the globe in a short period of time.
Viking videos 😮
@@queenril7these was no cement just hard dirt.

Obviously she didn’t do the lion’s share of the digging, that’s how she did it.

Problem was...! He never DETECTED the WAR was long OVER...
After his apprehension he was interviewed. He acknowledged that he knew the war was over. It was considered “dishonorable” to surrender.
Where is this location?

Yup ... I remember that story
This little woman is a frigging working machine, incredible how much work she did.
She did 5 minutes of work
An absolute feat. Very well done. I got a lot of inspiration from watching how you did this.
While the crew she hired did most of the work.
Sorry I just rewatched and there is some panning of the camera.
Regardless, she’s hard working and you got to admire that
@@zangin how do you know she’s hard working? Sure she gets her fingers dirty for the sake of the clips that they film, but that doesn’t tell me anything more than what I see on camera. The real hard work that is done in between each shot, that’s all implied to be done by her, but that’s the magic of filmmaking called the Kuleshov Effect.

Extremely impressive. I am sure this project took many months or perhaps many years? She obviously chose a site with the right soil composition. As someone trained by my local fire department about the risk of confined spaces and the risk of carbon dioxide build up, I wonder about ventilation in such an underground shelter.
Yes she looked like she was sweating in there.
With a fire the hot air will rise and then fresh air will be pulled thru the hatch.
well typically the theme is like this.
Wait, so you believe they actually dug that by hand? You know how long that would take? lol humans will buy anything..

Her backstory? She went to acting school and then got finally a contract with this Singapore based video production company.
She’s a smart young lady we all should learn from her, those day are coming sooner than you think. .
What days?
Another observation, when I was doing my work - I was DRENCHED IN SWEAT!!!
Very good!👍👍 The first thing I noticed were the absentee roots.

Not really of course video don't show actual time- and I wish she had gloves and a bucket to help her with throwing out dirt.

Someone with diabetes cannot merely go off in the wild and make an underground cave to live in and hide from the rest of the world.
You realize this is all fake, right? They have crews of a dozen people working on these projects. These channels have exploded on RUclips.
Skills, brains, strength, and looks she's a threat to every woman.please keep making videos.
I wanna know the composition of that dirt! I've watched vids of people here in the states digging out underground log houses and they all seem to run into clay of some sort. This stuff here become part of the structure wherever she deems she wants it. Ultimately impressed with this woman's tenacity, endurance and dedication.
Calichi
Yup you’re right. I ran into vey hard clay so no u can’t do what she did, everywhere
I noticed that also and wondered if she sought a specific area for the dirt and its so hard and compact. I would be concerned about a cave in but it seems very strong more than regular ground .
Love all the tools in her backpack
It's bugs bunny dirt.
Конечно съёмка несколько ускорена. За один день такое не выкопать. Но,поражает рациональность каждого действия и чувство геометрии пространства. Девушка работает как пчела, по канону её предков.

Underground looks sooooo well made. I dont believe she did it all by herself
It looks good as long as other varmints don't take it over or intrude.
@@zztop8592 or rain doesn't flood it out, though she did build it on an incline.
@@zztop8592 jake the snake.
Thats what I thought.
I though the same thing
You are awesome! I love how some people are gifted and can create a place like that with just a few tools. Great job!
And if you believe that well then I've got some swamp land in Florida I will sell to you cheap
@@donaldmcmillan5529 perhaps the soil was of a sort different than we're used to working with?
"Donald McMillan" T hat being said she had some real modern tools not just a crude hammer and chisel made of bone or stone.
So Many Questions: How did she know all this Mailable dirt was down there, all the same Texture to work with ? Is this what the Vietnamese did ? Barley no tool's at all ! What a Work Hourse. WOW Amazing 🤩
This girl is one of the best to do it ... pretty awesome every time she builds something 👏✌

@@MasterKenfucius hmm definitely didn't know that thanks for the heads up
The work that this young lady invested in this was incredible!
Which makes me wonder, no ppe. No excavator. Just a pickaxe? Whish these videos were honest or atleast showed the reality of the work they do planning, measurements the right tools and bluprints but she has a flim crew right. Pssh ok
I just started watching this and already impressed. You go girl show the guys what we girls can do.
'She's' probably a trans...🤣🇬🇧

Lol
She had a lot of help, but I'm still impressed she was willing to get her hands dirty considering very few women are willing to nowadays.
Fun during MONSOON season. Great video bye the way of a very impressive young woman.
This place is incredible!!!! Such a talent to be able to make something out nothing and make it so efficiently useful.

@fosterpainter absolutely
What a soil. The deeper, the harder it seems. In my part of the world you can't cut out such a structure underground without a cave-in because it gets really soft down there.
That’s what I was wondering. That soil is crumbly
There are a bunch of reasons looks pretty fake to me
FUNCTION OVER FORM or FORM OVER FUNCTION? She's both of them in every way. She is embedded with a skill set and vision that just impresses on every level. I wanted to tear this video up because her online presence directly contradicts her off the grid motif. However, I refuse to make any negative comments because she goes at it with 100% passion and completes her goal. She has created a perfect living space for herself, and I am in awe. I am impressed!
Bro please, there's days worth of missing footage at that rate she was going. Where'd she charge that camera. Or maybe she had help and they keep the good shots of her.
You can bet just about anyone with these professional grade video setups is getting funding and help
@@alclay8689 I'll admit, it's certainly not as real as Minecraft.
the bldr could have another home i surmise bc she took a thermos and lantern, and the bunker is off the grid not her or she could have used her original home, a cafe or library to post the vid making the bunker still off grid.
@@marknettles I think you should look up some actual off grid videos and then come back to this. It's not quite the same. Where's her water supply? How does she plan on maintaining her sustenance? How does she stay so clean? And why not just fast forward the whole digging part instead of a few good shots of it?
Oh yeah, to get people like you hooked
@Al Clay People like me, huh? Since you don't know me, I'll assume that this is some kind of insult, which affects me in no way whatsoever. It's just a video, dude. None of us are actually living "off the grid." If you are so serious about this lifestyle, then I would advise you to stay off of social media platforms such as this one altogether. Otherwise, just enjoy the content and have fun. Life is just too short to bump yourself out.
WOW! I would not have had the patience! Also, I would have been lonely but kudos to her for her ingenuity!
Wish I had ground like that, I got crappy hard but loose dirt with rocky shale in it. That stuffs like the perfect dirt to clay ratio. Awesome work!
yeh, it is probably the ratio of clay to dirt that is why its harder than regular dirt. i was also thinking l that if it rains frequently and its hot in a continuous cycle, over time, this may make the particles stick together more than usual and compaction could result from lateral tectonic movement or from above, and its composition may make it a little more impervious to water underneath the v top layers that look like they are softer and with less compact form.
This is one one the most amazing and inspiring videos I've seen online. I just can't figure out what material she was digging out. Dirt, sand, or what because the entire time I was expecting the structure to collapse in on itself.
Looks like clay soil to me.
How cool is this young lady. She's a keeper!
AMAZING! So symmetrical and precise lines. Even her meal was admirably sized and presented! Ginger tea!
She is one incredible lady.
Amazing what she did with a few basic tools and a lot of initiative....Well done young lady.
Except the crew she hired did most of the work.
Unbelievable. How long did it take. Wow laser level perfection. Fantastic and impressive
Looks awesome, till the first rainy season. Then she has a real nice underground swimming pool. 😅
So she's obviously not there alone which is cool, but not sure why it's made to seem like that. So curious how long this actually took. Amazing ingenuity
Because she's doing all the work alone no need to show all the extra festivities if the video is just to show her work
@@Rocky2ofem she's not by herself.
@@paintawaytheday420 I see what you're saying.
