- This video shows the ride I had recently on my 1975 Norton Commando 850 MKIII Roadster through the Derbyshire Peak District. I rebuilt the bike (an American re-import) a few years ago, and it's run like a dream ever since. The weather was glorious - really sunny and very warm and I had a really good and quite relaxing ride through the stunning countryside (with the odd blast now and again!)
Beautiful automotive mechanism, nice upgrades.
Still a MAGICK motorcycle.
Absolutely stunning Norton Commando 850, you are a lucky man. God bless you x2
Your Norton is a cracking bike, looks great, shame about the kickstart shaft. Always something to keep you on your toes.
I have one of these bike but in black . They are just awesome mine has a 5 peed box even better .😎👌
Great camera positions and a nice thin lane; that one with those big trees here and there. All good, well except the Kawa thingy...ha ha ha
Beautiful bike matched by a fab location to ride in.
Thanks, guys. 👍
Beautiful Norton. I have a MK3 rebuild almost done, hopefully by the fall. Wish I could have heard the motor more when you were riding, windsock over the mic might help. I had the same problem on my early videos until I got a foam container for my GoPro, works great. In any event, nice ride on a beautiful day in the countryside on a Norton... hard to beat!
Hi Chris loving the Norton I used to own a 72 roadster big regret selling it!!!! But I now own a t150 as I have mentioned in previous comments and I would like to know where you get the special tools required to dismantle the clutch assembly. Cheers.
Hi there, all the special tools for rebuilding the engine I bought from LP Williams, apart from the primary chain locking tool which you can buy on ebay, or email anypreece5@gmail.com
Good luck!
Thanks Chris.
