Thank you! The last time I've watched the first season was back when it came out. I had a lot of free time during these days. But for the past few years I've been very busy and casually re-watching a 24 episode series simply wasn't possible. I was hyped for season 2 but also scared I wouldn't remember anything.

@@stephenchanda7580 actually yes, very unfortunate that a series I've once found as a masterpiece gives me such a bad feeling this season. I didn't get past ep3 :(
@@AdnaanSayedakaRoughVoice forced myself to reach episode 7 I think. It didn't get any better. Its an interesting world but there's just no direction and the characters aren't all that interesting. If it was going for the slice of life route, it needed that at least.

Holy shit, i didn't remember that this anime had so much lore. Also, i see that it shares a lot of lore with Harry Potter and the Witcher which also, i did not remember.
This is a very entertaining show about a monstrous wizard and his teenage human sex slave/bride. The plot sounds even more ridiculous when it's described quickly episode by episode like in this video.

Thanks for the video, really appreciate the work you put in. but you sent me down a rabbit hole of pronunciation. you say Cartaphilius, which I didn't think was quite right. so I rewatched some episodes, and sure enough it was Cartaphilus the main difference is the lius vs the lus at the end. to give you the benefit of the doubt I watched some of it in English, and as much as I dislike your mispronunciation, the English VA butcher it worse. they say Cartaphiloose... I hated that I realized it could be worse... so thanks for being the best you could be and the effort you put in... it could have been worse. Just keep doing what your doing, it's great.
then I watched more and saw the pronunciation of Leannán Sídhe. trust me bro, nobody can pronounce that properly, just by looking at it. Both VA's do very well with it. I was honestly surprised when I saw that it should be pronounced like Leanhaun Shee. cool word, does not sound like how it's spelt tho

@@watchforever1724 That's subjective. I barely remember what I ate for dinner yesterday. I watched so much anime back in 2017 that I just wasn't able to remember everything, mostly the series that affected me a lot. This anime was very cool, but not impactful enough to remain in my brain for 6 years.
@@Cavi587 seriously?For me the story was about a young woman trying to become the wife and magus and learn magic for me honestly the only thing I forgot was probably some of the supporting but that’s it
