Can you like rip the flame off his head and have the head look normal with the normal sculpting or is it gonna be weirdly sculpted for the flame to be glued on

No I pulled my flame off but there is a peg under it but you can cut it off

I need a replacement peg so I ordered a few eBay options, no clue if any will work yet if anyone knows where I can get the correct one let me know

no unfortunately not, the flame on the blade is removable

Is the blade solid does it pop off easily
it's solid, made of a hard rubber material. It won't pop off the arm easily. no need to glue it down
