⭐ The Arrangement
Another year, another "this is my hardest arrangement" in the description.
Key changes have always been a challenge to arrange for fingerstyle guitar because key changes are a major factor in an arranger's choice of tuning and capo placement. When there's a key change that transposes the whole song a semitone up, a switch in capo position is sometimes made, usually through the help of a glider or clamp capo.
In this song there are many key changes, and they're not the common "transpose one semitone up as the final chorus". The bassline is the bread and butter of this song, and I wanted to keep as much of it as possible. I found that using a spider capo and reversing two of it's pegs was a good way to make certain notes easier to access across the key changes. This change the capo on two G strings with one finger while not creating a gap in the performance.
I struggled to get this arrangement to a presentable state. I thought about just giving up on this song multiple times through this past half year because I couldn't get it to a decent speed. But everytime I thought about that, I told myself that spending all that time 3D printing and painting the cosplay helmet would have gone to waste. At first I was struggling at 90 BPM, but was able to gradually build it up to 170 BPM until it was ready to record. I considered getting it up to 205 BPM but it was just not feasible with my current skill.
Arranging it was so confusing I that I gaslit myself into believing there are multiple time signature changes in the verse and chorus (there aren't). I'm sorry about these mistakes.

⭐ The Cosplay
The Chainsaw Man head's 3D-printable files are made and sold by 3Demon: 3d-mon.com/3d-...
The model is really well made and detailed, and fits well as long as you measure your head properly. For sizing accuracy, so I used a LiDAR scanner on my head, inputted measurements, then positioned the helmet's 3D model on top of my head's 3D model to find a good size before committing to the print.
I wasn't able to see my hands while wearing the mask because there are gaps between the teeth to see through, but I couldn't tilt my head down far enough to see since the chainsaw would just block the camera's view of the fretboard. If you're making Denji's chainsaw man head for regular cosplay purposes, you won't have to worry about being unable to see. Go give 3Demon your support!
Make sure to balance your print density settings too so the chainsaw isn't weighing down the rest of the head. A ski mask is worn to hide the inside of the helmet. The rest of the cosplay consists of a white shirt, black tie and black pants.

This is an incredible arrangement. I don't think any other versions come close.
The spider capo and tuning are keeping me away from this but I think arranging something nearly this good in remotely standard tuning isnt really possible.
This is the kind of stuff that gets me excited to keep playing guitar as a lifelong player. Amazing work!

Can anyone help me figure this out? After putting on the capo will it change to the C G C G C F tuning. Im asking this because whenever i put the capo on the first fret the tuning is F A sharp Ds harp G sharp C F . If i do have to tune the guitar to C G C G C F before puting on the capo do i tune up or down?
