Well the thing is Most archons arent really "archony" what ever that mean, most of them dont have that presence expect for few mometns in the game, Furina is a celeberity among her people thats is something most other achons cant say about themselfs

She doesn't act as archon simply because she is not an archon. Those who pull for furina, before doing archon quest are simply scammed.
The closest one to "god" status is neuvillette, but he is simply one tier higher than archon in terms of power.
