In Houston, it's bad since we right next door to Mexico. But i caught on this a long time ago when i was working in a warehouse. They are taking all the jobs, and the temps and gig works are all migrants. You dont hardly see any other color. I switched to I.T, and that was very hard to get in. My advice is to anybody to keep striving because it's going to get worse.
