    Why’s everyone complaining that he’s telling people to go see their doctor? He doesn’t know their medical history and people are asking single sentence questions. If they go to their doctor and ask face to face, then they can get insight that’s better for their problem.

    Hey Mike. My aunt Diane was having a heart attack in an elevator and a guy knew CPR and performed it on her until the paramedics arrived, so whenever you talk about doing proper chest compressions, I think about that. She survived but they said if he had not done that, she probably would not have survived. Keep up the good work.

    I sometimes get sharp abdominal pains around ovulation or the week before my period. I did have an ultrasound for this reason, and everything was fine. Over the years I've figured out that the pain is caused by muscle tension in my core. The problem goes away with careful stretching after exercising during these stages of my cycle.

    For some hyperhidosis symptoms I would recommend SweatBlock wipes or creams. I also had good luck with Carpe Max. Both can work well on palms and forehead sweat without leaving white residue. But don’t forget to check for other possible causes issues like high blood pressure, hormone levels, thyroid function… in my case I lived with it throughout my late-20s and 30s until many issues were linked to a general anxiety disorder and got a very mild SSRI.

    Little warning about being a ticklish patient: you absolutely can have a serious condition and still be extremely tickling. I had an ovarian cyst the size of a softball to rupture and when the ER docs kept pressing on my belly, I would break into laughs. They thought nothing serious was wrong with me since I was squirming and laughing so much... until they did a scan and saw just how much fluid had filled my lower abdomen. Thing is, I was also at a pain level of 10 (literally the worst pain of my life, and I have fibromyalgia so I KNOW PAIN) and I had even passed out from the agony earlier, before my mother called 911. I'm just seriously ticklish, and because I'm constantly in pain, I don't always outwardly show that I'm in pain. (Hiding my fibro pain is second nature, and this makes convincing doctors that I'm suffering a challenge.)

    Fun fact: In Germany (where i am from) its actually illegal to not help a person in life threatening danger. Its called "unterlassene Hilfeleistung". You get either 1 year of inprisonment (in Germany thats not Direct jail, its a bit more complicated) or a fine. Unless you would put yourself in danger to Help The person. Same punishment applies to people who hinder a person that wants to help.

    • @hellkitty1442
      @hellkitty1442 2 года назад +14

      It's actually a little more complicated. Like, you have to help. But, if you have a small child with you, help can be considered calling the ambulance and not doing more, 'cause you have to watch the child. As you said: you don't have to endanger yourself to help, so not run into fire to get someone out.
      And, important: anything you do to help is better than nothing. Calling officials? Great! Organizing the people around, who all want to help? Great! Just being with an injured person until the ambulance arrives? Great!
      I've helped people several times so far, nothing real serious (unconsciousness and one epileptic fit). Well, nothing with open wounds or CPR or anything. Since the first time, I always try to have something on my to help. But it's not necessary. One time, we covered up the person in a huge scarf,so she wouldn't feel as cold. You don't have to have thermal blankets. Just help! Use, what you got. (Just don't remove objects from wounds ;) )

Then I coughed up a bit of water and took a huge gasp to fill the small amount of space I had made, and it was very loud and caught the attention of everyone else in the pool. I eventually ended up coughing it all up and I was fine. It took a few minutes and was exhausting and painful but after a few minutes I was back to normal.

    I would 100% like to point out that we females know the difference between uterine vs. Lower abdominal pain.
    Rarely have I ever had a doctor believe me when I'm explaining the excruciating pain in my UTERUS. They always dumb it down to a "stomach virus" when I have no symptoms of one🤷‍♀️ medicine geared towards gynecological health needs to take a step up
    Edit: GUYS DOCTOR MIKE LIKED MY COMMENT. IM TOTALLY FAN GIRLING.😭 thankyou for all the likes and comments too!
