In terns of fair and unfair all people think it is unfair to them. Sadguru answered it is fantastic. Life itself fantastic but it is critical to explore happiness from it when one is unfair to other .
The things Sadhguru says make so much sense, it immediately clicks and I feel inspired to live my life joyfully but when it’s time to implement these things in life it’s much more difficult, the mind immediately goes back to its original way of thinking and I can’t seem to fight these emotions although I understand that i am an accumulation of impressions and food, i am not the body nor the mind, that what I’m truly suffering is past memory and future thoughts. I can agree with these things but the mind is a powerful thing. I am doing my sadhana/Isha kriya to “obliterate” these boundaries of my individuality but am unsure when these things will unfold the clarity that I am seeking. When the mental noise will be quieted, or if it ever will. I am extremely curious though to see how things will change for me and will continue to work towards becoming meditative. I’ve been on somewhat of a “spiritual/ self help” journey for a while now and Sadhguru is the first person where everything makes so much sense to me and that what he says is the way things really are in life, they resonate profoundly.
