Even Manny Admits we’re in a recession. Most people dont seem to realize that
Proof how strong this economy is after such crazy inflation, a recession is a healthy rebalancing. That's why the housing market is strong, stock market is strong, wages are still increasing, unemployment is at an all time low, etc. We aren't handing out stimulus checks and PPP money like we did with the previous administration which is great. Low interest rates caused tons of inflation, too many people borrowing money and raising debt to buy things and now higher interest rates are normalizing things.

@@meatpunch9144 We're literally in a recession, it's horrible right now. The economy in the previous administration was much, much better. Then obviously the whole covid bullshit propaganda and long lock downs by Biden etc ruined everything.

To let Putin just roll in there and murder everyone and take their land and not stand with them would make us weak to every single other ally. You know nothing if you do not understand this. Meanwhile my businesses are thriving, my assets are appreciating, and life is great. Unlike when the country was shut down, unemployment was skyrocketing, and radical groups such as BLM were protesting and rioting. Our country has been doing great these last few years
I love Manny, following him since 2019, he's the most humble person on this platform, Sharing his advices all over RUclips, and instagram, sharing his life with us, which has to be the best life ever achieved, he's my motivation, to keep being humble, no matter what. Amazing video, he's such a nice person!

@@1209MArky Basically that he is rather fraudulent. Missed out on paying his 10k Rent and got stormed by the police. Also got sued for 500k because he overinflated the value of a property by pretending to have more tenants and a lot more

Unless he got this building for dirt cheap. I don’t see how it’s a sound investment if he payed market value or above market like most properties now. Aside from being a little antiquated even if he rents out the event space for parties etc. how does it turn a profit.

I flew from Florida to California 20+ years ago to watch the Live tapping of the TBN networks Praise The Lord program in that building it really is beautiful and over the top fancy, !

TBN, Trinity Broadcast Network, they were thoroughly corrupt, had the great idea to open up a bible theme park in Orlando I don't think it lasted more than 5 years. There's also some misinformation in this video, most of that fountain was existing, the top part is different, and Manny didn't buy it for $44M, it sold in 2021 for $22M

ye but is costs 500k to remodel and refurbish every single section so that cost will add up to an unbelievably high amount even for Manny. For what the venue is going to be used for it doesn't need much changing its just the aesthetics are grossly grandiose and distastefully golden at every angle. Sounds like the outside is going to be used more than anything else.
