If Kirby were to get a sequel anime, one involving game events too, and he were able to talk in it, I'd imagine he'd have his usual voice actress and voice for the Japanese version and Arale's voice actress and voice for the English dub. But in both dubs, he'd add "poyo" at the end of most of his sentences.
The funny thing is. Those two indeed know each other. But Goku hasn't seen her since he was little. They had a little crossover in the manga a long time ago. So for the readers that have been reading this series since day one this is a huge call back and a fanservice.

@@ladypdancer16 The head thing being a hindrance is a very uncommon occurrence in her series and not even for her but for other people. If it were to happen, I doubt it would effect her negatively. Like if someone were to throw it, they turn back around and it’s already reattached like nothing ever happened.

More likely that Trunks reads a lot of manga, and Vegeta probably humors him and reads it with him sometimes.
