    I am so grateful I found this podcast! I have alopecia and I have had it for 9 years and have never felt so validated and felt so informed and hopeful from any other podcast interview like this. Thank you! 🙏🏼 Can you do a podcast on alopecia specifically? Thank you again for doing this type of work!

    It has taken 30+ years to get a decent diagnosis. We need teams to work together with us patients. We need to treat this as one disease with many arms.

    As a 1st gen Hispanic idk why I’m having so hard adapting the AIP diet 😢 I feel like i can’t eat anything and that stress me out, I feel like I continue to unintentionally feed my inflammation
