I do have a question though: When you unlock an aspect with all the items needed (cores etc), does it apply only to the current set of gear/weapon you have on now? I know you keep your aspect progress, and once it's unlocked, you always have it, but I mean, let's say you get PK'd and lose all your gear (or don't recover your corpse for whatever reason) - do you have to go buy all the cores etc again to apply it to a new set of armor? Or are aspects a "blessed item" in a sense, meaning you can buy a new set of armor, click the gem button next to an aspect, and it auto-applies it to everything without ever using materials (cores etc) again? (With the exception of arcane essence from recycling gear of course, since it always uses that as "fuel").

Yep! Once you activate it. You just reactivate w 5 magic essence on a new set of armor / weapon!

Thanks for the vid one thing it seems u really gotta think what aspects to put together based on your char for possible modifications down the road. Have u seen popular combos ( i assume fortune is a popular one) but what else? Do people dare unlock 3 aspects on one toon?
Most will unlock a lot of aspects due to echos. And the ease of switching based on different scenarios

As a new player what is it likely to cost me if I'm saving up to start one aspect... magery grim book and maybe get a summoner codex and a chain.
I wanna try start as a summoner as a first character and get the bits I need
It's hard to say due to the varying prices but if you go to the Outlands discord and head to the #selling channel you can search for each item and get a really good guesstimate.
@@mercubio okay thanks... well i made a bard dexxer with enough skills on there to make some gold in ageis keep lower floors... magic iteams leather and collecting all the regs... so im using this guy just to fund my summoner in reg cost to gm magery then ill try swapping and saving up for the aspects etc.... ill check out the discord you mentioned to know what i need to save... just want to be getting the exp for the things asap.. thanks again

With max void would I only need 66 MR and parry to have gm?? And would this allow me to use the parry codex without having 80 on paper??
Long due answer (but others might have this very same doubt): no. You always need base skill for "required stuff". The bonus is put into formulas (parry and mrwise, to receive less dmg)
I'm just at tier 2 of blood aspect on my archer and I'm burning slightly more essence than I'm earning. What am I doing wrong?
Are you looting all magic items and recycling them?
@@PwnstarrGaming Sure! Maybe I need to farm less powerful mobs?
@@sataroth5684 really won't change anything. Aspect fuel is consumed based on damage done and that's based off hp of monsters..
In the grand scheme it should even out eventually. I don't have any issues keeping essence up. So unless your just holding onto a bunch of magic items I'm not sure what's up.
Essence is relatively cheap though so you could buy it until you start to even out.
@@PwnstarrGaminghow does essence even work i dont get it. What does it actually do charge my attacks? Only used when my attack is charged? How much is used? Like if i put 300 i dont know how long that suppose to last you know
So we craft aspects? Are they items we equip?
you would craft or purchase an aspect kit.
you would craft or purchase a distill which takes one extract and one bottle.
your armor turns to that aspect when you activate it.

@@PwnstarrGaming Thanks! I was seeing players with aspect gear and didn't understand if I needed the aspect to craft, equip, etc. this gear. Now I understand that in activating the aspect, all equipped gear is converted to that specific aspect. Your videos have been helping a lot in learning a ton of new information. Thanks again.
@@jocopowell this. But clothing (earth aspect robe for instance) and some other stuff are actually crafted. Afaik, fashion only.
