    What's our education system?
    1. Memorise things without understanding the concepts.
    2. Vommiting the whole syllabus down in exams.
    3. Getting good marks.
    That's it....
No self exploration , No moral value , No creativity and No practical knowledge .

I will always think fondly of my time at SECMOL with the crop of "lost and confused" students ( though I never thought of them that way ) but rather as totally alive, young, native, colorful and brillant Ladahk youth of SECMOL along with Becky, you and the other volunteers of those days - the early days of the Phey campus. I dream of the being on the plateau above the beautiful Indus SECMOL often. I love the idea of artificial glaciers and wonder if really does promotes sustainability in the face of the overwhelming arc of global climate change or just perhaps delays the pain of change a bit longer - not a bad thing..

Amazing!! I am speechless to see this. Such schools churn out true innovators and leaders who have the power to change the existing system. I have come across another such innovative residential campus for young graduates at Lonavala. The iFEEL Institute of Management.

    I've simple question for parents
    1. Why do you want only rankers and toppers in your family?
Please ask your child about their goals and dreams of their life and motivate them to achieve them

But what if he doesn't succeed in his passion, due to lack of backup plan their whole family should suffer, these all things are applicable only for rich, cuz even if they fail in their passion they won't have any problem in their life, hence the only way for a middle class and poor person to live his life luxuriously is by getting good scores by which getting in a good University and thus getting a well playing job

    woww...sir thank u for this....he just said what i wanted to say....amazing...
people need to understand that there is a difference between knowlege n wisdom....one can gain a lot of knowledge by mugging up stuff...but if u r not able to use it correctly then it is of no use...emotional intelligence is another thing that matters which comes from experience(failing, making mistakes, understanding, learning from your mistakes n so on..) not just by rote memorization... it is a skill which humans require to live life to d fullest....but in India n some other countries as well..kids don't even try things out or make efforts just bcz of d fear of failure... how cn u succeed if u r afraid of trying n failing....this education system definitely needs to change....after all failure is d greatest teacher.....let d kids breathe for God's sake....

Thanks for great job sir WANGRU.

This is the greatest ever contribution to the environment, moreover greatest contribution to give a second chance to failures and make them more knowledgable than so called toppers. Failure in exam is a boon to the students of this prestigious school. He proved that action speak louder than voice.
