What warm up exercises do you do? I make sure to do plenty of leg stretches/squats b4 playing and some light weight training for arms. Is there any off kit exercises you do for hands and arms apart from the usual rudiments?

Interesting technique. How fast can you blast with a more traditional finger/wrist stroke?

It really depends on how long and tight you want me to play. On a good day I manage to blast for a bit over a minute at 190bpm and max out around 230 with finger/wrist.
