Slip-Joint Pliers for the 21st Century

In this video I take a look at my collection of contemporary slip-joint pliers. I have spent 2022 purchasing vintage slip-joint pliers at the car boot sale (Flea market) and have a load of them now.
I have also been buying brand new slip-joint pliers by various manufacturers including Stanley, Tsunoda, Snap-On and Knipex to mention a few with a modern twist👍

Out of all my pliers i got, i always go for the standard slip joints. They are amazing

Good choice of a screw. Since it had that lip on the end of the screw, it gave the twin-grips more of a challenge.

I think I like the jaw gripping design of the Knipex the best of these. Followed by the Japanese style.

The Knipex Twingrip works better than no other for larger screws, though for small screws the engineer is the king.
