Sorry for the lack of content in the past month, I've been working hard building Tension Free Hockey and I'm really excited to finally share it with all of you! My mission with Tension Free Hockey, is to promote and encourage all the elements that go into playing better and having more fun, because that's playing Tension Free does. That includes, being creative, practicing hard, being confident, relaxed, positive, playing in flow etc Part of playing more Tension Free is improving your mechanics and technique. Becoming more efficient in your movements and eliminating all unnecessary tension. Which is what I focus on, on this channel. But it's also mental. Having the confidence to try new things, to make mistakes to believe in yourself. That's what Tension Free Hockey is all about!
