Heavy cream. I switched to it when I went keto. And it’s wonderful to be able to enjoy heavy cream without any guilt! Don’t need much. I put chocolate flavored collagen in the coffee also.
I'm so delighted somebody exposing the lies in various products. Some friends told me about your shopping app. A month ago. Now catching up on all this must know info. Thank you
I bought a name brand bottle of vanilla extract. You know it's expensive. It has "natural flavoring" in it now. I didn't notice until I got home. When has pure vanilla extract ever had natural flavors? They're cutting the quality of it all. Gotta read EVERYTHING now.
At Whole Foods, they sell sample packets of the VP creamer (& for other products). Great cheap way to try it. For me, the VP creamer did not dissolve quickly nor smoothly in my coffee, so I had floating clumps of powder. Great for blended smoothies though.
I have spoiled myself. I drink grass fed, pasteurized (not ultra) heavy cream in my coffee. I began due to my nonexistent coffee making skills. It would be so strong, only cream would have it taste remotely like coffee. Lol. I visit the cows who provide the cream and they’re happy living free as all should. The taste and texture is light years ahead of the others in stores. I’m fortunate and grateful to live in an area where real food is available. 🙏🪷❤️
I havent had collegin in months now and I think im feeling it badly.. i just use the.plain, in the blue container. It helps.. it was also helping my GUMS..
I use half and half (organic, grassfed). I use it in my decaf coffee by Mount Hagen. Add a little raw honey and it's done! Great cup of coffee🎉. I got turned off (very quickly) by those "good" creamers of oat, coconut milk, collagen, and so forth. The coffee drink should be smooth, tasteful, and not leave me thinking about the dull taste from those "good" creamers.

Well, making bone broth at home sure as anything isn't gonna hurt anything. We are probably helping our bodies a lot more than using those fake broth things.
Yep. All these people wasting money on products that don't actually do anything. Only reason to get something like the Vital Proteins Collagen powder is it has 18 grams of protein per serving, so if you want to boost your breakfast protein intake with just a cup of coffee, it can help.
Companies are only required to begin with something natural. However, they can add several different things and still lable it as " naturally flavored."
Grass fed does not mean not inflammatory because they FINISH with a corn or soy grain. Although organic valley is great best you can possibly buy is Grass fed grass finished
GMOs like soy and corn gets sprayed by round up which contains glyphosate, there is a ton of research on how glyphosate might cause cancer and cause a bunch of issues, so that's why alot of people fear glyphosate
@@mbwilson8592 BS. Show me the study that definitively proves that anything GMO causes inflammation. Do you even know what GMO means? A GMO product can be ANY type of food that's been genetically modified. There's no proof that GMOs are bad for our health. Some GMO plants have actually been modified to improve their nutritional value, like GMO soybeans with healthier oils that can be used to replace oils that contain trans fats. People just fearmonger about GMOs because oh no science in our foods...must be bad for us.
@@Objdodge_1 there is no good or bad sugar. The sugar in fruit contains fiber that makes you feel full and goes into your bloodstream at a slower rate. But if you remove the fiber it's just like white sugar. However high fructose corn syrup is definitely not good for you.
So if I’m putting full fat cows milk in my coffee and tea does that mean I’m getting the collagens aswell? Or do these products have collagen added? Sorry if I seem slow I just usually stay clear of all the new things on the shelves. 😋
Please do a segment on flavored instant “teas.” My in-laws drink it in place of WATER and think it’s a health food because it contains no caffeine and no artificial flavors or colors. 🙄
Natural flavors=== aka MSG.... terrible for our health and bodies. A chemical and toxic based preservatives. Causes headache, body aches and joint pains, and mood changes. 😳
Not all of them are synthetic; some of them are truly natural while others are a mere combination of chemicals. Bobby prefers to exclude them all together but of course, no company is the same
@@bobby3814 who are you kidding?! Keep telling yourself that, it doesn't make it true. I have researched it, and MSG is horrendous. Other countries have banned it years ago.
If it says grass-fed, it doesn’t meant that it’s grass-finished. All cows are grass fed, and only grain finished that last three months of their lives to fatten then up

thank you for teaching us how to protect ourselves. NY Brooklyn
You’re helping me figure out why I’ve struggled to get lean and healthy. It’s a work in progress but, I think it’s helping!
Me too
Powdered collagen is only 15-20% absorbable. Make sure the collagen you choose says it has collagen in it and not collagen BUILDER.
Can you explain furthermore? What do you mean collagen builder I’ve never seen that.
Thank you, Bobby! Please, don't ever stop posting this video. My health has improved thanks to the changes.

Love the 100% grass fed half /half.❤
yasss..thank you, please please, can you explain what "NATURAL FLAVORS" are as almost everything has them..please..thank you 🥰

The best coffee creamer is none.
CORRECT😔
Let people enjoy things
Yes!
Who's stopping you 😂🤣🤣🙃
@@max41050 what? Stopping to do what?
I like flavor in my coffee and stuff. What would u reccomend for flavoring my coffee that isnt bad?
I think you can do cinnamon
Maybe if you buy the actual vanilla bean
This page is a GOD SEND !! Thank you and your hair is perfect 😍 😂
I love these shorts! 😊
I love all your information and your app! I just wish when you did posts like this you told us where you are.

How do you feel about hazelnut silk almond for coffee?
I feel like I want to taste it.
😊Thank you Bobby 🙏🏼
Hey Bobby what's better. Organic grain Milk with added Dha and omega 3 or just grass fed milk.
100% grass fed milk is better for sure
Where can i get these products, what store are you in?
Great videos, very clear and very good information ! Thank you ! I take collagen but never thought that it would be in a coffee creamer ...nice! 😊❤🎉
I would never eat a product that requires chemistry knowledge to decipher the ingredients.
Where do I find the 2 collagen powder you were showing?
Where can I get these?❤What store 🥰?
The set up gives me Whole Foods vibes so I searched the site, and they do sell it

Hi Bobby...what store can I find these creamers????
Forget the coffee 😁 I've used the Vital Proteins to make a dairy free chocolate milk/hot chocolate. Yum!
Hey Bobby...I used your app today when I went shopping 🛒 at trader Joe's and I love it.
Do cows eat grass and isn't the grass sprayed with some kind of pesticide?

We love you, Bobby! Thanks for all the awesome info.💪
What about straight heavy cream?
I'm not keto, but I understand from those who are that Heavy cream is better than the coffee Creamer we usually buy at the store.
can you explain whats wrong with natural flavors?
The name is a deceptive marketing trick. It's a man made chemical and there's absolutely nothing natural about it.
Companies are only required to begin with something natural. However, they can add several different things and still lable it as " naturally flavored."
It's a cover to put in all kinds of things.
thank you for your content bobby!
Love this guy!!
Awesome. Thank you. I am going to get some.
What store is this filmed in?
Any recommendations for vegan collagen powders ?
Is any of this obtainable in Europe?
What's wrong with natural flavors?
Can you give info on wheat grass and beet root ??
You invested in these companies?
What store are you in???
Please clarify for me what do you mean when say "OG"
Where can I find these Please?!
Looks like Whole Foods to me
Good stuff
But I don’t feel emulsification is good as it mixes oil n water
Read ingredients
But the creamer is ultra pasteurized....meaning lest amounts nutrients.
What store are you shopping at?
What about heavy cream?
Organic valley vs Kalona?
Kalona is way better the Amish community is damn near close to raw milk 💪
Do you have a book that tells you about your products
what store is this? ty 😅
when I buy grass fed milk, it's always spoiled when I bring it home from the store
Both of these creamers have terrible reviews for flavor and consistency on Amazon. Do you have any other recs for creamer?
Grass fed does not mean not inflammatory because they FINISH with a corn or soy grain. Although organic valley is great best you can possibly buy is Grass fed grass finished

Whats a creamer😊
Thank you I am struggling with bloating and I know it’s due to my daily creamer use
Remember friends. Sugar isnt bad, just keep it in moderation. God put sugar in fruit. It cant be that bad
Yes….Jesus also loved butter and figs.
There is processed sugar and healthy sugar. The sugar in fresh fruit is the good sugar. A lot of added processed sugar in the creamers.

But they don't have to tell the public about how many metals are in it. So that's completely missing from the label.
Thank you Bobby, the rock 🪨
I like Prymal but you gotta jazz it up some and its really expensive tho:(
Aww, I wish I could but I need real cream & sugar for taste.
I buy vital protein at Costco and I love this. I get the plain stuff and it is awesome.
Sunflower lethicin and xanthan gum are a no bueno. Go with the first option he suggested
Why is sunflower lethicin bad? I naturally treated mastitis with that and some other natural remedies. Wondering why it's bad
Where do we find them? Please
He is standing in a whole foods.
I know. Spend 8 hours a day in one
Half and half
100% grass fed doesn't mean the cow only ate grass it just means that the cow did eat grass at some point in its life...look it up

Doesn’t grass have chemicals tho?

How about a non dairy coffee creamer? I can’t have dairy

Have you reviewed oli pop yet?
Thank you
Creamer with grass in it!? That sounds kinda good
Which store is this, WholeFoods ??
😂yes , whole pay check lol . Get it on sale days 🎉

I recommend dylithium crystals

Kroger creamer. Just cream and milk pretty simple.

I take my Maxwell house black
So no flavor at all ?
Why leave out the good'ol heavy or regular whipping cream?
I started getting heavy cream powder and its awesome:)
Its gotta be gluten free
Great news!! Thx
Raw honey :)

Canola oil is not inflammatory. Show evidence supporting this
Don't know if you will see this but have a question for you: is there any risk of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease with the collagen being bovine-sourced?
