You can panic all you want down here, but the rocks will win. It's like being truly defeated. It's healthy to lose that battle, or at least understand your defeat. And once you understand you cannot win... and let go of fighting, then somehow, you win.
Watched a body part hosed out of a pair of bus wheels at the maintenance yard. Was visiting a management friend of mine who said: Here is where we are today. Yesterday? ... I asked. No reply. Got a crooked smile. I shook her hand and left.
I love your guys videos, super entertaining. I came across some Hell Hole videos and I was surprised to see people doing this. I had that initial claustrophobic feeling when watching them but that has since gone away, especially since I have been watching so many of your videos. Now I just enjoy watching and I thank you for the entertainment and hard work.
Three new videos almost back to back! The girls are amazing cavers, better watch out Jacob they might out do you. 😃 Going into a black hole and popping out shows you can survive being sucked in. 😏 As always enjoy watching the adventures of Calvin and Jacob and crew.
@9:32 😂 I had that last week I had such a pain in my bowels all of a sudden I could hardly make it to the toilet at first.😂 I know exactly how Jacob was feeling right then 😂
Do you guys carry anything for protection against predators when hiking deep into the woods to cave or is there not many around? Just something i was curious about seeing some of the places you go to find the caves...love the content and that you interact with us thank you 🙏
I have carried firearms and bear pepper spray in-hand to and from some caves. But would not discharge them within a cave. I do ask bear hunters to come on a walk that has proven hazardous.
My last day of fine weather up near Canada. I was motorcycling into a forest. Limestone exposures at about 5000 feet above the Salish Sea. Took a shovel. Dug in one sink, then another for air flow. That was found. Too tight for me. Home at dusk, a bath, microwave supper. Put my feet up for quality RUclips
Hmm. I know of a piloted balloon descent into a cave entry. Was that your feat ? Also know of paid boat tours of a river cave system that fits your description. Oh. there must be other alternatives to avoid a cave squeeze............Congratulations.
Yeah how many. I've lost a few, but in general, all the equipment simply gets destroyed at some point. It's just too wet and cold and dirty. But... Since youtube is technically a business, would you believe equipment losses are a tax write off!?
I have an underwater Nikonos 2 camera rig that has surveyed decades as it was built tough. It mainly explored Japanese ships sunk by the US Navy and tropical reef caves. Mid-Pacific islands now staffed by the US Army and which you could volunteer for. Warm, year-around.
But with growth also comes the fact that he can do other serious kinds of caving. And he can take himself caving with his friends. He's stronger he can climb better. As we age, you're always just trading one benefit for another. If you'll allow it.
It’s so impressive how you suppress the panic from taking over. This gives me all the justification needed to keep drinking beer and eating kebabs! 😂

Much respect. Watching all your videos actually helped me to much better cope with just sliding under cars and contorting into footwells. Cheers!
Those pesky footwells!

Thank you for the kind comments.
Little Jacob would’ve had no problem getting in there 😂 He’s bigger than you know Unc!
😂’racing to get into who’s hole first’ 😅 yep caving…my happy place 🥰

Nope. They need protection from me.

Caving is awesomeness and pretty safe if you do it with caution😊

Long time no see guys. Have you ever been to north Okanagan county. Theres a few caves around.
There's rumors of some pretty serious caves in mclaughlin canyon. But I haven't got enough information to pursue that quite yet.
My caving experience is nothing like yours.😂 I've been deep in the earth without ever having to squeeze through a thing😮

@jcee2259 whoa....screw you. I see your feat, which is a tiny brain and a tiny, you know what, barely dangling between your woman shaped legs.
Balls of steel
Have you ever lost a camera? Or ... how many have you lost?

It must be frustrating for Jacob getting older and having caving just get harder as he gets bigger
