    Ingrédients par personne :
    1 œuf
    1 yaourt grec
    30g de farine de flocons d'avoine
    10g de cacao en poudre 90%
    30ml de lait
    15g de WHEY protéines
    Instructions :
    Préchauffe ton four à 180°C.
    Dans un bol, mélange l'œuf et le yaourt grec.
    Ajoute la farine de flocons d'avoine, le cacao en poudre, le lait et la WHEY protéines. Mélange bien jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène.
    Répartis la pâte dans des moules individuels.
    Enfourne pour environ 15-20 minutes, ou jusqu'à ce que les gâteaux soient fermes au toucher.

    No quantities of ingredients! Also, where is the recipe for banana peanut butter brownies (3 ingredients but not quantities given, or oven temperature or time.)
