30 days on the ship and then 5 days to come to the table from market this fishes aint fresh
Well I can't afford swordfish anyway so 🤷 🙃
The trip is 30 days but the fish is delivered back to the dock every 3 to 5 days. The longest time I found for fish to be kept on ice was 2 weeks. Once delivered to the dock up to another 3 days to hit the market. The fish are essentially frozen on the boat.
