BTC650DP 7th plasma cutter has the pilot arc function. It is a high frequency non-touch arc starting mode. The torch head does not need to touch the metal plate. Added PA adjustable function, extended pilot arc maintenance time, reduce energy consumption in non cutting work, reduce electrode burning, and extend service life.
[Digital Screen Display]: The screen centrally display parameters such as air pressure, voltage, and current, allowing users to understand the equipment status in real-time and adjust operations in a timely manner, improving operational efficiency. If plasma cutter cannot work, the screen comes with an error code system, making it easy to find out the problems.
[Sensor of Air Pressure & Air Compressor]: Inside of machine have sensor of air pressure, User can adjust the air pressure through the regulator. The air filter is installed at the rear of the machine with a quick air connector 1/4 NPT, which can be used after opening the box. Users can use it after connecting to the air compressor. Recommended air compressor air pressure value be within the range of 90PSI, 250L/min.
[Cutting Thickness]: Adopting advanced IGBT inverter technology, 50/60Hz high-frequency pilot arc plasma, dual voltage 110/220V, 60% duty cycle. Current display at 110V is 15-40A, Under 220V current display is 15-65A, the maximum cutting thickness is recommended to be 14mm @ 40A 110V, 45PSI; 20mm@65A 220V, 70 PSI.
[PT/2T/4T/PA Function]: Post time function, with an adjustment range of 3-15 seconds. Adjust the cooling time of the torch head to extend the service life of consumables. Generally speaking, we recommend a cooling time of 4-8 seconds. 2T/4T automatic cutting release your finger. 2T is semi-automatic cutting control, and 4T is automatic cutting control. PA adjust the time for the pilot arc, longer seconds good at cutting mesh metal, short seconds is good to extend the life of consumables.

I got one of these for Christmas. I'm very happy about the way it cuts.I've seen many videos that show it cutting steel. I would like to see a video, where it was actually used in a project. Maybe some tips on fine tuning cuts. thanks for the video.

Can you do a short review of it on 110v
Just looked it up in Amazon, $250US! Amazing price, and I've been wanting one for some time now.
So far it seems to work awesome, hopefully it doesn't let the smoke out of the wires too soon

Why did you not reset the air ? at 40 amps and 66 psi the machine was showing red not green and you started cutting.
For which one 1st gen reboot or 2nd gen yes or eventually do a comparison cause seems like every new one is the one

The price is right, I looked at a Miller plasma cutter 10 years ago and it was 2000 bucks.

I remember my unit going bang inside and let all the smoke out the wires. Sounded like a 12 gauge went off in the garage 😂. .. worked good for a few projects then bang... 😅 kinda like the amazon mini split, except it didn't go bang. Probably done buying china Electronics for a bit. Oh and the Amazon mapp gas torch I bought Jesus atleast shut off ffs.
I had a Amazon one as well let the smoke out of the wires, not only did it trip the breaker in the garage it tripped the breaker feeding the garage
@BackCountryWrenching hmm wonder if they all do that. Hopefully you get out winter camping, maybe you'll end up doing some ice fishing out of the overland trailer.

Then you cut the heavier stuff raised it up to 50 amps and said it's still in the green and it wasnt. It had 2 bars above the green. Do more research !
