Why didn't they go for pixel art for this game? It would look a million times better than low quality 3d models.
Imagine this game but made by Wayforward instead.

I gotta be honest, Goomba, you are right about Ralph being a bit off in the second movie.
More like completely off the rails given how unlikable he was in the sequel.
I didn't think it was a bad movie by any means, but everyone and everything felt a bit off in the second movie to me.
God Ralph 2 was such a mistake lol.
He's basically one of those super overbearing parents.
At least he doesn't always say "I GONNA WREAK IT" and have a destroyed voice and looks really bad.

I’m not sure about the Wii version, but yea, the ds and 3DS versions are the same. (Except the 3DS version fixes pretty much everything the gomba complained about)

I remember when I was little and always checked this out on the eShop. I used to convince myself it was good because it was officially licensed even though it looked a bit crap. Though I could never afford it. But now I know better and am kinda glad I just stuck to the movie. Ya know, the GOOD one.

In any case, why wouldn't anyone introduce you to classic gaming? At age 3, my niece' first video game was Tetris. Whenever she's over, we only play 8-bit and 16-bit games like Super Mario Bros, Sonic the Hedgehog and Turtles in Time.

I watched the sequel on Netflix and I thought it was better than the original movie.
I thought it was okay. Better than I thought it would be
Sugar Rush would still be sent to the scrapyard because of Vanellope not appearing.

Johnny Weissmuller It’s not so much what happens to Sugar Rush as a game as much as it is what happens to Sugar Rush as a world. Sugar Rush as a game actually managed to live on just fine without Vanellope according to before the events of the 1st movie/whenever King Candy took over. Removing a character from Sugar Rush would probably be like removing a character from Mario Kart essentially. Say if you were to remove Koopa Troopa in one game, but he came back in another. Removing Wreck-It Ralph, an essential piece of Fix It Felix Jr. however would be like removing one of the ghosts from Pac-Man. Where it would most certainly feel like something is missing. But then, Vanellope becomes Sugar Rush’s leader at the end of the 1st movie and then at the end of the 2nd movie. She kind of just abandons that title as well as Sugar Rush as a whole. Leaving both the game and her subjects. As I’ve mentioned, if Sugar Rush as a game managed to live without Vanellope before, it could probably do it again. But it is a complete mystery as to what happens to any of the other characters in the game. I mean, what? Is Sour Bill going to lead Sugar Rush now?
It's not as good as the original but that's okay, it's not a bad movie and I enjoyed seeing it!

I loved Wreck-It Ralph as a kid so I had a 3DS and my mom bought the Wreck-It Ralph game. I had it on the Wii and 3DS and since you talked about it, I just remembered having that game.
This should have been a puzzle game, that involved Ralph's ability to wreck and destroy things, and Felix to Fix and build things in order to reach the goal of a level or something. Something Akin to the Donkey Kong gameboy game.
This is one of the few games that has better in-game graphics than pre-rendered cutscenes.

Well, they made a Big Hero 6 game for both the DS and the 3DS in 2014, the final game ever made for the former console (except that got a 2015 rerelease in a double bundle along with 2013s Frozen: Olaf's Quest on the DS and 3DS)

I rented this game off GameFly! Beat it in about an hour and sent it back immediately! Lol!
The whole "pulling the levers at the right time to open the doors" thing got me legitimately stuck as a child. I thought it was some puzzle or there was some kind of trick to it. nope! I was a llittle bird dancing around in a box until the door eventually opened.

I got this game for my 11th(?) birthday as a huge Wreck It Ralph fan, big regrets.
Imagine having a grand ol' time flying in the gravity-defying wheelbarrow... Then get hit in the face by another one and gets stuck in the pipes again.

The sad thing is I could actually see some interesting opportunities for a game based on Wreck-it-Ralph. Imagine an open-world set in the arcade where you could freely explore several games from the movie, maybe some new ones. If you could get some licenses you could even have some fun with Ralph breaking into popular titles. If you factor in the sequel you could make a pretty decent open world out of the internet.
I’m kind of wondering if limiting the playable characters to Ralph and Felix is the best choice. What about Vanellope, or Sgt. Calhoun. Part of the appeal could be having each of them embracing a completely different genre of gameplay which affects their interactions with the world.
