@The Crazy Movie Lover @Gua James Horner always reuses his same music. There's a lot of pieces from Battle Beyond the Stars (1980), Humanoids from the Deep (1980) & The Hand (1981). Horner just rips-off himself. Lol!
its OK to rip off yourself if you are the original creator IMHO, Horner in some ways was the ultimate slacker when he was stuck in a pickle, kinda funny actually. Man still made great music
James Horner truly was one of the great modern masters.
A Great Composer that'll be Deeply missed by many, gone but never Forgotten (1953 - 2015)
In memory of James Horner (1953 - 2015), Albert Finney (1936 - 2019) & Gregory Hines (1957 - 2003), Forever Missed 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Always hear his theme for the Klingons in ST III in this soundtrack. RIP James Horner
Foxonian Parts of this also sound very much like parts of The Wrath of Kahn.
@@craigmanning7393 KHAN!!!!
do you have just the music that starts at 3:50?
Has anyone ever heard the alternate score for this by Craig Safan(the last starfighter)
I hear a quote from "The Unanswered Question" by Charles Ives.
This reminds me Aliens ost.
It does. This soundtrack is what put Horner on the map. Too bad they don't have the whole album for download.
they actually did reused the score from this movie
