      Foxonian Parts of this also sound very much like parts of The Wrath of Kahn.

      It does. This soundtrack is what put Horner on the map. Too bad they don't have the whole album for download.

      @The Crazy Movie Lover @Gua James Horner always reuses his same music. There's a lot of pieces from Battle Beyond the Stars (1980), Humanoids from the Deep (1980) & The Hand (1981). Horner just rips-off himself. Lol!

      its OK to rip off yourself if you are the original creator IMHO, Horner in some ways was the ultimate slacker when he was stuck in a pickle, kinda funny actually. Man still made great music
