Up our life in not only bodybuilding but decent human interaction how to be a better friend a better partner all around integrity. It shows how much happier you are the proof is in the pudding people let’s all level ourselves up..thank you kuba and Meg and so happy you found each other it’s something in this sport is so important and one day I hope to find what you have in a partner..but thank u for allowing me to realize I do not have to settle either ..

What sort of weight are you aiming to gain on a weekly basis during your push phases? I like the idea of the long and slow approach and am considering giving it a try next time around after my cut.

Getting and sounding to complicated now.....I sometimes wonder how Dorian won 6 Olympians while working out in that cold Dingy Temples Gym and using a scrap book for his daily logs and references in comparison

Move to America. Give it a year and come back bigger . If we compare you to rob Taylor your miles behind his showing . As far as Nathan …… levels…. I think it’s yourself that’s holding you back .

What I wanna know is who gassed you up in the first place to think you were anywhere close to being big enough.. I fee if you had the honesty from the start you could be further along then you are now .
I think you’d get dwarfed even in the 212 class . Wish you all the best but I think you need to be real .

I say what I say with the greatest respect … Kuba I made a comment a while ago when you said you were going to coach yourself that it was not the right thing to do …. Your reply was “ I know what I’m doing…” …… the truth is ….. if people had the disillusioned view that you had/have then it makes no sense to have a coach at all …. ? I am a subscriber to your channel so don’t take this as hate please but honestly be real with yourself mate. You are to small to compete in open class !!!!!! …. I think you should take a leaf out of Jamie’s book and get some new influences…….. Jordan isn’t a top bodybuilder…… but swear by what he has taught you …. Only when I watched your last video I realised you are 27 …….. you have done your growing mate …. There is never goi g to be a day when you can compete at open class and your in the top 5 ! I don’t have much money to bet but I’d put it all on you having a more successful career at 212 …..kuba … with the greatest respect.. you are holding yourself back from reaching your potential..
