I’m a 6 foot tall woman, who looks taller again because thin with long limbs. Almost every man I’ve dated has been shorter than me. When I was younger I was terribly insecure of my height & was terrified of looking “manly”compared to other women, because of my height. While I have moments of insecurity now, for the most part I now love being tall. In my experience, the short guys who are dating tall women split off into one of two categories and there is little in-between. 1. They’re just genuinely comfortable with who they are. A man with a true quiet peace & self-confidence is exceptionally attractive. 2. They are so, _so_ not okay with who they are. women find incredibly attractive only interests in dating you as a trophy to hang off their arm like all the short make celebs with the 10 foot tall supermodel girlfriends. They dress flashy, rock up in a flashy car (usually a rental; the world thinking X about them is more important to them than the personal cost it has). They speak flashy & make sure you know how much money they earn, how hot their exes were, how important they are in their career, etc. The second guys sorely over-accommodate for their insecurities, view you like an object, are arrogant, entitled, possessive, & angry. These these characteristics are fondly called _short angry man syndrome- & are to be avoided at all fosys. The first type of man (tall, short, thin, fat, whatever) and s very easy to fall in life with & create a life with. But that in and of itself is of no consequence to the first type of man, because he’s his own North Star. Rather than being driven by external validation to feel at home with himself, he’s both motivated by and guided towards his own measuring stick of validation & self-worth. And that is incredibly attractive.
It never hurt Tom Cruise's success either. Sure they have to use industry techniques to downplay his shorter stature on film. Yet he has still been getting steady roles for decades now and is still going strong.
They didn't have to, though. Cruise is insecure about his height and that's why it was mandatory in all of his films that he look taller than his female costars. At least, that's what people who worked with him have said.

If I'm depressed because of my height, I need to think of a way to increase it and If I can find any, then don't stay depressed rather work on that. And if there's none, then I really don't need to stay depressed as it will lead me to nothing. Rather embrace what I have.
They can find 12 year olds to look like 8 year odds, but they can't seem to put in the effort to find actors who look remotely like teenagers. The 80s alone had "teenagers" with receding hairlines and bald spots
I never realised Radcliffe was so short. 😮 It really is an amazing accomplishment they managed to hide it so well in the Harry Potter films, because he always looked a good foot taller than Rupert, but in that photo Rupert is towering above him. Every sentence sounds very similar starting high (and fast), then getting lower after the first few words. I think it would be more comfortable to listen to if you switched it up a bit.
