  • Hello guys in this video I have shown how to convert normal multimeter to rechargeable one by using a lithium-ion battery, charging module TP4056 and boost converter.Hope you like it and do subscribe.

    Very creative idea! I have been looking for a product where the multimeter has an "energy leach" setting for the probe wires. That way, you could easily recharge the internal battery of the multimeter by just using the existing probes. You'd think that would be a no-brainer, but eh.

    The boost converter is connected across the battery and so is always on. Does it drain the battery?

      Yes you are right it does but it still works fine but yes i an gonna fix it so that i can get long battery life

    Next time you should try to fit it inside of the multi meter where the batteries went so it looks cleaner.

    you don't hav 2 use boost convereter. 3.7*2 is 7.4 which is good enough for a 9volt meter. For me I used 2 laptop batteries and I never charge them for 2 years now and still going.

      But the problem is you need more module for that right? You need a bms to make sure they are running and charging at the same volts. Correct me if I'm wrong.
