My home is an 1800 square foot, single story house that was built in 2004. It is a typical, early 2000's American style home with an open concept living room and kitchen with more closed concept bedrooms. The ceiling height in the living room is approximately 20 feet high and it is the largest room in the house. The bedroom and kitchen ceiling height is approximately 9 feet.
I reside in Arizona, which is a hot and dry climate (most of the time). Winters are considered mild in comparison to other parts of the northern U.S. I am currently running my air conditioning and ceiling fans around the clock and will likely be doing so until early October.
Please take all of these factors into account when you hear my opinion about how well a candle performs in the area of strength and throw.

I'm kicking myself since I didn't add another Kringle Ice Cream Sandwiches to my last haul before the sale ended because I thought this version would compare at a cheaper price. Smelled it in-store & couldn't smell a thing! Needless to say I didn't purchase it & your review has confirmed I wasn't going crazy when it was scentless on cold 🤣.

Great review! I think I fell for the hype of all the SAS pandemonium and ordered four candles, of which this is one of them, so im already disappointed and I havent received it yet🤣. I think this will be my last purchase of BBW candles. I am going to stick with what works best for me and that is Kringle! BBW & Yankee are currently off my list. I did recently order from Candlerry Co. (Fosted Blueberry Donuts & Carribean Cheesecake) - hope they perform/throw well. Smells great on cold sniff.
Ah, I hate when that happens! 🤦🏼♀️ Yes, I’m in a different spot when it comes to having to buy from a variety of brands for review purposes, but I totally encourage buying from the brand that works best for you. 😊
I just lit this in our big master bedroom and I could smell it strongly in the entire room. and we have high ceilings. It's funny how they are different for all of us. I wish the label was prettier too.

I've got a bad feeling that Ocean + Vanilla Bean is going to be the same, but for 10.95 I thought it was still worth a shot. The only difference might be that one having the thicker wicks, but that didn't stop Palo Santo and Sage from being light throwing. As for this one, I also liked it, but the packaging/light throw worries combo sent me away. Thanks for the throw confirmation and review!
I’m planning to light that one up today to start reviewing. I hope it performs better too because I like the scent a lot on cold.
I've been burning mine for roughly 2.5 hours now and it is indeed a bit light, but not disappointingly so. I'd say it floats between 5-6 for strength, maybe hitting a 7 here and there (cathedral-style high ceiling room). So, while I could do with it being a bit stronger, the uniqueness of the scent blend definitely makes up for it. A nice, light, airy cologne/vanilla nutmeg combo. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Yes, puny wicks are often more disappointing than the low throw.

This one is going back . I couldn't smell mine. Berry wafflecone is a lil lighter this year too.

When I don’t go with my instinct I regret it every time 😂. I was like Summer this is very light but mind was like u love coconut give it a try. I could not smell it in my small bedroom.
Yep…I had a feeling when I smelled it in store that it was going to be light. However, I felt like I needed to review it for my channel & I genuinely liked the scent. My gut told me it was going to be a dud though & sure enough🤦🏼♀️😂
I felt the same exact way! I was going to get it for review purposes on my channel but once I smelled how faint it was I was like, nope Sommer, put it back 😂.

Where do you recommend buying hurricanes that work with bath and body works 3 wick candles? I can’t seem to find out. Look for a colored hurricane.
I found some great, amber colored, inexpensive ones at Homegoods. A lot of them have a little raised bubble on the bottom, so to correct that & create an even platform, I ordered clear plastic bubble beads off of Amazon.
Mine had absolutely no scent 😑 Glad I only got one
