Brown Mountain and Uwharrie OHV Trails - Opening Days 2024

This video shows short clips from riding the opening days at Brown Mountain OHV (March 28th) and Uwharrie OHV (April 2nd). Met some great people at both locations, very disappointed that one of the major trails (Dickie Bell Trail 91) was closed at Uwharrie. I thought one of the reason's the National Forest Service closed the trails from Dec. to April was to do maintenance! The estimate is Dickie will not be opened till end of July. It alone represents 30% of avail trail riding! If you have any additional info please let comments.
