What do I need to go there and ride Permits? Helmets ? Is there good riding in that area.

You do have to get a pass. Eldorado outpost sells them for a day or a year pass. I go in my jeep. Don't need anything special. Motorcycle you will need a helmet. There are alot of relaxing trails. A couple challenging
