I saw her also in Evita -9 times. She is and always will be one of my favorites- my other is Idina Menzel. Every so often I go back to my old saved videos and listen again. Time well spent!
So basically Ursula's laugh is just her normal lough. Love it.

She's such a good actress that she becomes Evita Peron. Her singing is the best ever.
I saw Pat Carroll at Provincetown during the initial run of Gertrude Stein . Absolutely unforgettable.
