Love your technique in strumming !---sounds amazing !Believe I should install softer nylon strings on this steel string electric --or give up completely --my thumb and index are BATTERED --and bleeding
Please do not do it on steel string. Get a cheap classical guitar if you can. Better not to put on nylon strings on the steel string guitar

I have a question. Is it possible to play this style guitar with these techniques with a steel string acoustic guitar instead of nylon strings? Have you tried it? Will it just have a different sound, or is it a bad idea? I am curious thank you.
the sound would not be right, not sure if it is good for your hand too.
