I think using OSM (open street map data ) will be big selling point for who doing archviz Is good we know how to make custom building data and props . Ready export to game engine will be amazing

Hello, it could be helpful if you allow in edit mode selection of vertices, edges and faces AND... when you do Shift + D (copy) and press P for selection to make a new object (allow make the new object without the modifier Geometry nodes). This will save time and it could be very helpful to make car animations from the edges of roads.
With UE, Blender can work in the drag and drop system. You might have some texture breaking but it shouldn't be difficult to place them. Static assets work well moving between them.

Looks pretty nice but the inability to change to change the building style and that they all seem to remind me of old NYC buildings or something seems to limit the usecases. I'm sure more are in the works though. Would look odd to use this in a new buildings in Europe type of setting. Modern buildings are kinda universal too so add a model building option and they'l probably fit in with most western countries. New apartment blocks or something, the ones with large windows. Still awesome either way though.

So can I assume this can ONLY be used inside of Blender? Because exporting as FBX doesn't create anything I can use anywhere else (specifically iClone - if it worked there you could sell a TON of these).
I should note that exporting as an OBJ DOES at least bring the mesh in, but without textures (or without enough and the ones that it does bring in are all messed up - this is more a function of OBJ than it is anything else). If you got your FBX export working that could fix the texture issue but it doesn't seem to work at all.

This is truly a game changing product that you will sell a ton of, but definitely think about making it as 100% exportable as you can because that will be a key to moving it to the big time stage (if you have any trouble there are a lot of folks who have done similar things with Daz products - they learned how to unparent and mesh their exports properly, as FBX export is truly the way to go).

Does it have interior mapping? Ideally it should hold up on closeups/street level shots
Currently, our tool does not include interior mapping. However, it is very detailed and designed to hold up well in closeups and street-level shots.

We tested it on i3 9th gen , gt 1030 , 8gb ram pc , and it worked fine for a small city

yup , it works in eevee but it will take a very very long time to compile the shaders so we don't recommend rendering in eevee 😅
