It must be amazing to go on this journey together with your twin sister. Thanks for showing us what goes on behind the scenes in a professional athlete's life. Cheers from across the pond! 😊
it must be great to be smart, talented, intelligent and beautiful. you'll are the role models that kids need to see. I need someone to cheer for since my GOAT Allyson Felix is gone. Good luck in the future.
Great blog!... thanks for making the effort to show all the different sessions / locations (yea- hill reps in the park are brutal!.. and worse if the public stop to watch 😊)

Thanks for sharing one of your week of training with us 😊 It's interesting! How many km a week do you usually run ? 4 or 5 gym sessions a week too? That's quite a lot and I guess it's more than what endurance runners do (I run 10km races but also cross-country races and I also like shorter distances. Lately I ran a 400m race and I really liked it :) ). Greetings from France and Merry Christmas 🎄 🎁🍾🥂🥳 Oh I forgot! I have a twin sister too but she doesn't really run 😀
4 to 5 gym sessions per week? that is body building territory and you will completely lose your flexibility. gym is not a must for track athletes. you have to be on track and give rest away from it. wait training robs you of longevity. the 400 meter mens record holder. did he go to gym? I dont think so. may be barely.
@@king_has_no_clothskul8635 It can be short sessions adapted to runners. I also watched a few videos made by Clayton Murphy and he also goes to the gym. I'm not sure about the volume / frequency.
@@aurorecovers i am no one to rain on their parade. but track athletes should not go to gym as far as my knowledge goes. you dont need gym work per say for the core training. these days they do spend one or two sessions but that too very light training unlike what we see here. Well, you don't see any coach here. so cant really tell they have any coach monitoring their schemes. you go by that 400 meter world record holder. i mean he was incredible van Niekerk of SA. he didn't look like a guy who spend time at gym to me.
Remember Dear Beauties! No heavy training 1 day before start !!! Good Relax and a massage + light food including raw beef, veges and red wine... Raw beef muscle from beef tenderloin, topside or entrecote (young bull or heifer) cut with ceramic knife to very very fine pieces... you add onion and cucumber pickles all cut to fine cubes + 1 goose egg yolk + salt and pepper fot taste mix together with olive oil from Spain... with garlic warm butter on a slice of bread with lettuce... and this you must have 2 hours before start... you can also have a good lavazza espresso with honey 15 minutes before start... with a Swiss Dark Bitter Choco, ok? Every Day after the heavy training have a glass of a red beetroot fermentated juice... how to make? please, see below: ruclips.net/video/a7yrkvJgdWI/видео.html Drink one glass minimum every day... when the fermentation is finished, you can cook the rest of cubes and add to a veges soup... Enjoy and win!

@@king_has_no_clothskul8635 that's a question because in this video, they seem to go to the gym quite often. I guess it's at least 3 times a week?

reduce gym work and also those head phones. you have to be naturally aware of surroundings. what do i know anyways.
