    Open the sieves up and increase your fan speed. The broken cobs are larger and less dense than the corn kernels... they have more surface area and should blow out easier... imho. The corn variety might have something to do with the broken cobs no matter what you do with the cylinder speed and concave settings. (weak cobs/fragile)

      @atomicwedgie8176 thanks for the advice.
      We did find out that combine has a rotor for rice and tough crops ( variable stream)
      It should have a tri stream for corn and soybeans.
