Thanks for this update Brian. Great summary as always. I hear about more cities trying to ban, else limit ABNB and other similar short term lets. Do you see this is a credible risk to ABNB growth trajectory?
Hey Brian, good vid as always. (Not try to be a Debbie downer), But as someone who's been following along, would you consider re-adjusting the portfolio after the latest earnings reports from TMDX, MELI, ABNB, and CELH?
If you only watch stock price and don’t do any work then yes it’s gone nowhere. Meanwhile it’s grown massively, meaning it was just overvalued at IPO. Critical thinking is necessary if you want to invest your own money.
@@brianbirnbaum9760 In a post-election week where the overall market has had one of it's best week's in history (SPY up +4.73%), ABNB is down -1.65% for the week. It's competitors are also up nicely - EXPE +13.83%, MAR +10.14%, BKNG +3.59%. Do some critical thinking yourself and ask why is this so? ABNB trades at a PE of 47, a forward PE of 30, and a PEG of 3.84. Not exactly attractive valuations when compared to it's competitors which all trade at more favorable metrics. When the stock drops more inline with it's competitive metrics, then and maybe then critical thinking warrants investing your own money into ABNB.

When some of these metric's come more in-line with competitors then critical thinking would warrant investing your own money into ABNB. If you love the company so much, the better play would be to sell puts to acquire shares and thus receive cash to own shares at your desired price.

Don’t like the product anymore…. I think that Booking is superior - increasingly. The overall host quality is much better with booking. In fact, I believe that Airbnb will lose market share to Booking.

Where is AXON video?? Thanks Brian.
Brian, could you pls do $MTCH?
Was waiting for your video on abnb. Thanks
Thx for your sharing Brian! would be great if you can make a video for CROCS!
AXON pop! Congrats hope we get a vid on it
Would you be able to do a $pltr earnings breakdown?
Good video!
Expedia was the better buy at 90. Less ethical risk, better valuation.
Great video Brian. I think with 88% gross margin and Founder Led Visionary ceo I think the long term future is still bright
My Airbnb position has doubled and I am still adding to it.

Why would a good investor change their portfolio after every quarter?
Largest individual stock for me
😬
It traded down because their guidance was so so despite an upbeat commentary.
I wish ABNB would crash super hard like META or PLTR did at their lows, so I could buy a long-term winner at a crazy low price.
It did, 85 dollars a couple of years back)
ABNB is over-hyped. since IPO, it's gone nowhere.
Really? Revenues doubled in 3 years, fcf exploded..😁😁😁 if you speaking of the stock fair point, no one really should care about the stock that much

100% disagree..and the initiatives abnb is putting in place to elevate quality will keep them ahead of bkng in this vertical
I don’t think they are all that correlated so this seems like an emotional reaction.
