1.5 lbs Cod Filets
2 cups AP flour
1 gallon frying oil
1/2 bottle of dark beer (or seltzer/carbonated water)
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, sazon
Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweet relish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper
fresh dill
