OMG, thank you soooo much! I was at the end of my rope, trying to align the text, and it was getting worse and worse, lol. And then - voila! 2 seconds - and it got perfect!! Thank you for sharing that!! :)

A couple of other tricks to help anyone that needs the same features, Ctrl+shift+space creates a hard space (that doesn't change with justification), shift+return creates a line feed to ensure that line gets justified (unlike a standard carriage return)
Finally I’ve bearable to make my work align to the required format!

That symbol is called paragraph mark you will get from more in find n replace option...
Best way is do the same in easy way is just copy the text to any browser paste it either in search option or url address then copy n paste to word it will work fine...

I had a very sloppy OCR scanned pdf of a messy photocopied...and VERY loooooong...document (as well as a bunch of others I can now fix thanks to YOU). Just curious: is this procedure anywhere in the 2022 MS Word help files? If so, what would the search phrase be to find it?
