Materials required:
• Metal Wall Flashing Trim
• Silicone sealant
Tools required:
• Angle grinder
• Leaf blower
• Scissors
• Spirit level
• Tape measure
• Flathead screwdriver
• Lead clips
• Sealant gun
Things to be aware of:
• The prepared roof surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust and contaminants (bitumen, oil, etc).
• In overly exposed areas, or areas with high-wind uplift, it is essential to mechanically fix the metal flashing through the front face. Please refer to FlexiProof Technical Support for further details. www.flexiproof.co.uk
• Always ensure the flashings are overlapping each other by a minimum of 100mm; and that a minimum of a 100mm coverage is achieved on the face of the membrane.

How did you stick the rubber to the wall? Also, are the led clips necessary if we are mechanically fixing the upright? Thanks

Hi there. Contact adhesive is used to secure the membrane to the wall and any upstands. Lead clips are not necessary when mechanically fixing the flashing. Hope this helps!
