One of the greatest players in the world playing one of the greatest songs of all time on one of the greatest guitars of all time. What more could a music lover ask for?
Joe and Marcus (king), I can't get enough of. Both are first and foremost exceptional musicians, great singers and of course mind blowing guitarists. Carter Vintage Guitars is a (smart) trailblazer in posting these videos!
❤️🎶❤️ wonderful 👍 Better and better 👏👏👏 I have rarely heard a singer-guitarist who conveys such an emotion, with the greatest simplicity ! Joe is a very great artist and this guitar sounds amazing 💥 Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
Joe has become my favorite of all the Carter Vintage Guitars players. He has taste and touch and a great voice. Up until him I pretty much tuned in to just hear the sound of the particular instrument being featured but with him you get a more complete package. I wish you’d take an instrument like this 1960’s Standard and let separate players playing different genres have at it in a back to back to back session so one can get the full range of what the instrument is capable of. It might even work, and be fun, to have three players sitting together passing it around to one another while they share a cocktail or some such and talk about it and what they like about it, etc. Just a thought.
Wow. What a demo. I'm reminded of an old song by John B. Sebastian (The Lovin Spoonful)...quote(almost) "There's 1352 guitar pickers in Nashville, and any one of them that unpacks his guitar will play a whole lot better than you or I will". There's one of them. Fabulous performance.
To me, you are one of the world's best guitarists. I have followed you since you won the competition in Australia, and I have been so lucky to meet you in person in Norway. Even if you are a big star, you appear as a down-to-earth person, someone that everyone likes, yes you come from a farmer's farm, I like it to probably many others as well. The traditional caps with kangaroo emblem dress you. I like jamme to your guitar playing that you give me a lot of joy. Just had to elaborate and say something to not just press likes. Thanks Joe.
Oh wow this sounds nothing like the Pauls I played. I played a few around the €500 mark and they sounded horribly muddy and lifeless, if I heard this I might own one now instead of a Gretsch streamliner
The guitar may be $300K, but Joe makes it sound like million bucks.
J. Robinson is a great player for sure but that guitar is currently $290,000.
Woah woah woah, no
I’ve got a 90’s Les Paul Lite that would match this on playability. It’s that good. I’ve got 5 LP’s but it’s my go to. Ebony board, great.
Word , but he sounds like he’d do that to mine too.

I don’t think I have ever heard a Les Paul sound so sweet. Excellent performance
what an amazingly skillful guitar player. i found these videos of joe on my home page and i can’t stop listening to them
BRAVO!!!!!👏👏👏🎸🎤🎼🎶🎵
A Quarter million dollar guitar matches up well with a million dollar talent.

Sublimely played. Joe is a monster.

Awesome playing and singing!! Job well done!!
That is one sexy guitar..and on the 8th day, God created the Les Paul.
And the tuner for apparent reasons.
Yeah I’ll need this tabbed out 😍
Joe has a channel on TrueFire and that’s one of the many great arrangements on that channel.
Now give him a $5k rig and re-record. I bet it would sound equally compelling. What a talent!
Is that the same guitar Marcus King played “the well” on? Versatile les Paul 😍….
