Thank you for your transparency. As a forex trader of 7 years it’s refreshing seeing an educator choosing not to squeeze every dollar via affiliate links as possible from their students
No, he is squeezing $$$ for propagating a firm 😂😂😂
One of the best funding firm comparison videos I have seen! Sharing this with my following, thanks Sam, great vid mate 👊🏻
I liked this, particularly the interview. I don't see this elsewhere (i'm not looking though...) and i specifically like the scoring system for objectivity.
You have been generous in your scoring i would say (perhaps a reflection of your personality, your relationship with the CEO, or indeed reflects relative experience with other firms). Trustpilot reviews are not what i would deem 'secure'. Plus the firm is very new, so those reviews will be from carefully selected trialists like yourself. Doesn't mean it BS, but i would treat them very lightly at this stage.
Will be interesting to see how they fair by end Q1. Hopefully they will add online support during London session by then as that could perceivably be a problem.
i think it would be a good idea to mention hat exchanges the porop firms use ie mt4/5 cTrader etc.
Great series looking forward to the ones that follow!
Thanks for the suggestion!
God bless
@@SamKBTrading I agree this would be good to mention -- though I would call those "platforms" (MT4, MT5 and C Trader -- or any others) ... I'm also very interested in scalability. Your focus on a $100K account makes sense for grading, but also worth mentioning capital allocation limits. Largest account is also good -- but how many accounts and/or maximum capital allocation (either per trader -- or per strategy in some cases) do they offer (often through a scaling plan, but not always). (eg. Ment Funding offers real funded accounts up to $2m, with 1-step evaluation process). Perhaps you could try them at some point and review based on your experience after the fact. I like them, but have not yet pulled the trigger, for many of the reasons you mentioned in this video.
older post but funny, I just started looking for prop firms where i can use my preferred platform MT4, didn't find that info anywhere yet, does it? Thanks, wes@@SamKBTrading
Excellent review -- I love that you have a good structured approach to your analysis and grading. Great interview content as well. Earned my subscription today.
hello, can you make a video or show you your performance with fx2funding and payments ?
Can feel after watching the video you put your all in for 1 video good work keep it up
You've got them a new customer, i like this and while my payouts are still being held by firstclass i think ill do this firm!
How to know which prop firms are A-book model or a B-book model
Back at it, buddy discord group has been a great resource
Great to hear Jack!
God bless
Besides being more expensive, what's the differrence?
Thank you for the video Sam. Currently on a My Forex Funds evaluation
Do they allow MT4? Thanks in advance.
weakness point, 5 % drawdown relative
Please do a review of FTMO and E8 funding
Thank you for taking the time to make the video, well explained, like those insight from a daily trader with some years of experience in trading. Keep up the good work.
Do you give Signal on your telegram? Even if I have to pay
Great job with the review but it is very vital that you include leverage please because it almost seemed to good to be true I was actually ready to join until I seen the 1:10 leverage to be honest that’s why no time limit let’s keep it fair thanks
I agree I literally past ftmo from one trade due to it being larger then did small trades to make it to the funded account 👍👍
Well, after this talk to David, i will give it a try!
what platform does fx2 use?
Good review bro !
We believe we get loyal service for ever and also happy to congratulate David heartily.
Welcome back, Sam!
How do I get a seat at your firm in Glasgow?
What assets classes are open for trading?
Welcome back bro 🔥🔥
Thank you man!
God bless
how to withdraw profit share in FX2. i just passed the challenge.
I am with fx2 and can't get my withdraw can you assist me
"when our traders pass they get a live funded account" Then why does it say on their website its Simulated Account and that "this account does not involve real funds" Lied from the start ay?
Hi sam, can you please tell who is the best legitimate broker for forex? Your response would be highly appreciable.
5% max draw-down with 10% target? That's flipping an account twice. That's worse than most 2-step challenges. The cost is not even competitive. If new firms want to compete in this space, then they need to offer something just as good or better than the other firms.
Having used this firm for now 7 months, compared to firms that are extremely easy to pass - I’d say FX2 is head and shoulders above most once you have passed. Great conditions, fast payout times, excellent customer service.
The newer firms that are easy to pass have insane slippage, ridiculous rules to restrict payouts, 6-8 week payout times etc.
I’d rather have a slightly harder process to pass and then get a decent experience thereafter.
The firms that are easy to pass have a very high pass rate - this is not sustainable for the firm to payout all of these traders, so in many cases they make it nearly impossible to make money,
So you may get:
Easy to pass challenge - Insanely hard to get a payout…
Or
Hard to pass challenge - Easy to get a payout,
You have to make that call for yourself.
@@SamKBTrading I understand, but why settle? Why does it have to be one or the other? Why not have the best of both worlds? My whole point is that we should pressure these firms to be better. I say the same things to long-standing firms that need to improve their payout times, their support and/or their down-time during payout etc.. I think, there are many things that can be improved on without risking the longevity of the firm.
In terms of slippage, this depends on which firm you are talking about. Having some slippage is good and necessary for the longevity of a firm. Not having any slippage is a red flag that will undoubtedly mean that traders will be able to exploit those conditions. Any firm that allows this and does not employ any preventative measures will eventually fail.
There are firms that have proven models that are doing well and have been around for years, and they are able to offer better draw-down/targets. So, it does not seem unreasonable to ask for something similar.
MFFX is a good example of a new firm that seems to have their ducks in a row in terms of payout process/times and even eliminating down-time etc.. The whole process of starting a challenge, getting funded and getting paid is smooth and fast. They use 8cap which is not great, and their max draw-down is not very competitive in terms of pricing etc., but rather than to see these downsides as trade-offs, we should see them as potential areas for improvement.
There are pros/cons to every firm. But as more firms establish themselves and prove what is possible in terms of survivability, then as traders, we should use this knowledge as leverage, to pressure firms to improve their offerings when/where possible, so that they can remain competitive, especially as more and more options become available. I am speaking objectively here.
@@NSAKEYhay NSAKEY I hope you are well.
Did you manage to find a prop firm that you found best?
I’m struggling to think about which prop firm to choose.
Have a great day bro.
@@hhjihhj4649 I think that it may depend on your needs, goals and preferences etc.. That said, generally speaking, it is my opinion that My Forex Funds is probably the top/best firm. Good luck.
I appreciate the review, helped me make my decision, i thought it was to good to be true at first compared to other prop firms
The best prop firms in 2023 are ftmo, e8, the5ers.
That's nice but I do not trade FX, I just trade futures.
Are they “A bookers or B bookers ?”
Is FX2 forex only?
How do you think these will hold up after the MFF exposure? I'll tell you I like this CEO. This guy is an honest man.
TLDR: FX2 is the standard 10% target, relative DD 5%. Nothing new to see here. Also, a bit more expensive than others.
Great vid man! Our 1 stage, no time limit at Lark Funding is a huge game changer. We’ve got lots of things cooking up for 2023 as well!
How do you make money then?
Will check it out
Ep 2 or 3? 👀
@@SamKBTrading yes sir! Just wait for our new website that’s out very soon
@@meetmattl leverage toooo little 😢
Great analysis, Sam. Looking forward next episodes. 👍
How to use in india
Don't forget to set it as a promotion
You obviously didn’t watch the video… I didn’t get paid to create the review, and I don’t have an affiliate link with the firm either.
What's about maven trading??
Already reviewed them mate!
Is the challenge fee refundable???? Pls reply
Yes
the conditions with trailing drowdawn and daily drowdawn is a joke. there are 100 better companies and conditions. the fees are also a cheeky one. so keep your hands off.
I don't understand the idea of 1:10 leverage on fx. Seriously? Is this a joke?
Great video! I know you can’t give a review on something you haven’t used but wonder if you could just have a look at the concept trading prop firm!
Also I am not affiliated with them in any way I’m just Australian based and they look Australian based.
So just wondering if you could have a Google and a quick look!
Love your content, fantastic stuff
I’ll take a look!
They have an interesting concept where it’s not test it’s just scaling and increasing your trading capital they allow you to use and have an interesting locking rule for your percentage split!
Anyway would love to know your thoughts! Your someone who I really look up to am inspired by and really value your opinion
"When you make money we make money" (that's cap)
If you say you're gonna be objective and then say $900 for a $100k is good and then quickly move on, in a industry where some of the most renowned firms cost $500 for a $100k account.. idk man makes no sense
You're looking at cost in isolation which is not a balanced way to review the firm.
The cost is $900, but they have no time limit. I would pay an extra $400 to avoid having a 30 day time limit on my challenge quite happily.
The firm also pays out within hours of withdrawal request. There are cheaper firms (like FCFF) that have taken 5 weeks to process similar sized withdrawals.
@@SamKBTrading fair point
Can’t beat the surge trader legit
Link
The question is who is legit that’s it. Nothing else matters if they’re not making money when you’re making money…
With that logic, you cut out the majority of retail brokers.
The B book model is fine if they actually pay out when you profit, however it does create a conflict of interest.
@@SamKBTrading exactly… if they only make money when you lose that’s not good. Can I ask when trading large sums of money what main thing do you look for in a broker?
@@liam-n8098 regulation, customer service, trading conditions - in that order.
@@SamKBTrading thank you for replying! I appreciate it. Have a great weekend
A 10% target and only 6 max dd??? Lmao. These guys are going to need a lot of luck.

Worst prop firm ever. I was scammed. Shame on FX2
Could u explaine more?
Too expensive
I hear fx2 is scam, not withdrawl
I have withdrawn more than 10k from Fx2 this year so far man...
@@SamKBTrading can withdrawn on mastercard
My Forex Funds is Big/Legit than this. Most Importantly the fees are exactly 50% of FX2 fees. I think u know this, u are just promoting FX2 because u got sponsored or u are a part of it. It's a shame u do that when u can tell people My Forex Funds is lot cheaper
I would recommend watching the video.
This is a review series I'm doing on smaller firms to see if there are decent options outside of MFF and FTMO.
It's not a promotion, it's a review video.
God bless
Just a copy cat of lark funding and ment funding. Not impressed. I’m Liking the series though.
Are they trust worthy?
Profit Target 10%
Daily loss 4%
maxloss 6%
Seriously????😂
Nope
They have also drawdown trailing which is the most stupid thing I have eve seen lolzzzz
This was brilliantly put together. I’ve been following Mrs Beral is legit and her method strategies pair’s works like magic I keep on earning every single week with her strategy

If she’s that nice can someone please drop her details course I need her help also to earn
Wow I heard about this lady, Beral
I think it’s time to startup trading with her method pair’s
rubbish 8cap
fx2funding is worst of worst prop firm I have ever seen.
Sam the scam strikes again, only Sam can pass a funded account having not taken a single trade and all before the company even goes live. Something smells of a promo deal. Also why would somebody who runs a prop firm use external prop firms, why would you not use your own capital and grow that isnt that the point of running a supposed prop firm? KB trading is a sham of a company
Hi Junel,
Couple of corrections:
1) In the video I address the fact that the CEO asked me to review the firm and so gave me early access.
Multiple trades were taken, and the challenge was passed. I did not get to skip the challenge phase.
2) I have not been paid a penny to create this review. I was given a free challenge, that is all.
3) I do not run a prop firm anymore.
Thank you and God bless
@@SamKBTrading Hi Sam,
Couple of things:
1) If you weren't good enough as a trader at your own prop firm or even help keep it alive what makes you think you're good enough to teach?
2) There are no good prop firms. None of these firms want their traders to make money and if you look at the statistics of where the majority of the money is made by them and you had any level of integrity you would know better than to shill them.
3) You say you're not paid or incentivised but a free account is an incentive no?
You're as scammy as they come. You are hereby dubbed as Sam the scam.
@@Saeefuddin
1) Actually we simply could not compete with the offerings of these online prop firms. We didn’t have the capital to fund everyone with 200-500k like all these firms do. So we quit whilst we were ahead.
2) I agree, most are pretty questionable. However I’m interested in whether they pay out and people can/do make money with them.
3) I the a challenge to trade so I could do an informed review. Hardly incentivised.
Hence if you watched the video you’d hear I critique the firm in a handful of points and also have developed an objective method on which to grade and compare firms.
I find it really cute that you watch and comment on all my videos and are also subscribed to me man.
Like if you really don’t like me that much just move on.
God bless you
I would stick with FTMO, most valuable and trustworthy! Good video champ!
Too expensive no refundable fee, stay away They also use Eightcap another nightmare 😱
