Freshly milled flour sourdough buns and loaf

4 cups of water
3/4 cup coconut oil (or oil of choice)
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 tablespoon baking soda
5+1+1+1 1/2 flour
Plus about 1/2 to 1 cup for sprinkling when sticky
