I feel they would sweep the series. The strongest attacks can blow up the moon in naruto. Roshi did that in dragon ball before power levels of 1000

1 Saibaman vs Naruto...? Really? Roshi could blow up the moon, and a saibaman would kill Roshi in the Dragonball Timeline. No problem... So Saibamen would one shot Naruto Characters... there isn't a debate.

The weakest dbz characters ever tend to be stronger than alota other series best. I mean planet destruction is a casual feat done from saiyan saga. They are multiverse busting at this point.
Goku and Beerus' fist clashed in battle of gods and the kais said that if they kept going the universe would be at risk, so by that logic Blue Goku could clash his fists together multiple times to destroy universes.
Would genjutsu even be viable against them? Also keep in mind that the better the soil the better the saibaman.

The question is. Are their inmune to psiquic attack?
Nappa was another brain dead idiot and yet he was inmune to chaotzu's telekinesis. Dragon ball tends to imply that higher ki makes you inmune to whatever a lower ki can throw at you. So it is not absurd to think that saibamen are inmune to genjustu or would at least be resistant to it just because they are stronger in ki. Whatever is that ki is supposed to represent.
I still like to think that power levels mean less the higher they go. Taking aa proof of this the fact that Earth should explode whenever any of the Z warriors misses a punch ans hits the ground just because of the calculations that we can make comparing vegeta's first arrival's power level vs him during the android saga. I could understand that the z warriors would "hold back" their punches to prevent destroying the planet but I don't see why the androids would do the same.
Genjutsu doesnt work if the other user doesnt have chakra anyway.

But saibamen prolly resist genjutus because in dragon ball it seems that if you are stronger then the opponent

Roshi did admit it: the z fighters are unskilled on justu type (during the tournament of power while he fought the talisman user). However, if they get ANY counter to it, then naruto verse falls apart. So it depends on the fact that they have the ki control to lose the genjustu, so yes, not even genjutsu would work, as the hermit turtle students DID had to work thier KI with both roshi and kami (remember captain ginyu could not use goku body due to lack of knowledge) , gohan and piccollo have telepathy so they help each other. The only ones that could lose is trunks, gohan and piccolo with no support, and maybe vegeta. But he had training with whis for super saiyan blue, so that also takes him out of the question.

Actually Piccolos power level was approximately 16 power levels higher as Piccolos training allowed him to gain on average 8 power levels a day (not that I’m saying that’s how it works).

The Naruto calculation is odd because while Naruto's chakra pool is gigantic and "moon-level" it cannot all be accessed at once in a single attack. Anything bigger than mountain-level Biju Bombs risks instantly killing him if it detonates early or too close so he has no incentive to really develop country level, continent level, or moon-level ninjutsu.

No, it should be around namek saga Base Goku's level. Mid ball, Naruto is around star level with mftl speed.
