How do I loose the fear of riding a scooter for the first time with cars behind you or traffic around you, I feel unprotected and think aomeone may hit me in the back even if I am wearing bright clothing, also can I put extra flashing lighta anywhere in the back of a scooter? Thanks H
Hey thanks for this video . This is really useful. you said you will answer our questions. So I have a question. I understood the mechanism but I am facing issue with balance when I am trying to ride my scooty always go to right side so I have to push break. What I am doing wrong here mate?
+zam If you're facing any balance issues try and ride very slowly while keeping your feet closer to the ground until you feel comfortable enough to lift them up. Make sure that you're not riding fast while your feet are close to the ground as you can injure your feet. Don't be scared buddy, but take it easy and always make sure you stay within your comfort zone!

I wish i saw this before i went to the Philippines. My group ended up renting scooters for a day and i kinda peer pressured myself into riding one with no prior experience. Very easy to ride but actually driving on the road with ppl passing you was terrifying.
Hi Ride Metch Just want to say that this video really helped me on my recent trip to Bali. I am terrified of bikes and scooters but had to face my fears and do it anyway. You have to ride a scooter in Bali if you are going to go anywhere. I have referred this onto a friend. I had two "crashes" one because the person I was following took hand off the accelerator, didn't brake and I wasn't watching her in front, was looking at a temple and rice paddy fields - crash, we both fell to the ground, fortunate no one else was around. The other was two scooter riders overtook me on both sides, their legs touched mine and it freaked me out, I lost control of the scooter and smashed into a wall! Apart from that I think I did pretty well!! e

Best tutorial here:
Step 1: Learn how to ride a bike
Step 2: If you can ride a bike, you can ride this ITS NOT THAT HARD
Lucas Miltenburg really I mean don't you click on some buttons

PiMama92 Make sure to where appropriate riding gear when you do that, because if you cant even ride a scooter... Then you can get pretty hurt

thanks for showing this video dude. Its help me to ride scooter without taken training form other person.
+Ride Metch if you ride fast it will autobalance
eswar
Ride Metch Hey. Is it necessary to learn to ride the cycle first? Or is it alright if I jump to the scooter?
Delwyn Mathews it is a year later but it is easier when you can ride a bike....
Today I am purchasing my firs moped scooter, I never rode by myself but I am ready to learn, it will be better for me to get to work and other places.
Thank you very much for making this video. I'm planning on getting my first scooter soon.
7 years later it's still helpful!
You say no one will be interested I listened to every word 😄
I LOVE this video. I just got a electric bike scooter with pedal last week and I need some scooter practice. THANKS Ride Metch
I just won a scooter and I have no idea how to ride it!
Thanks for sharing your help.
Love the video, I just started to ride. Have been documenting my journey. Thanks for the tips.
True, but I just wanted to put it out in case anyone was interested.. To people who have been riding for years scooters are nothing, but there might be someone out there who has never tried riding one before. Thanks for stopping by.. :)
Fam.. I'm soon getting mine and this helps a lot! Thanks!
Thank u bc I’m trying to learn how to ride a scooter for the first time and u just showed me how to thanks u I’m subscribe to u rn for helping me imma show love on ur channel💯
Also front brake is 80% of your stopping power so when roads and wet to avoid slipping out it is good to use the rear brake very lightly
Thank you so much for this video. I am learning how to ride and it's very helpful so thank you!
So to stop you need to let go of the throttle?
CHEEEAAHHH !!!

Never rode a bike and I'm in my 25s now and this is soo helpful 😅😅😅
Him: I doubt anyones going to want to watch this...
ONE MILLION VIEWS MY GUY!!!
If you be using for delivery the box mounted at the back will affect the fuel consumption or stability
Just so you know that this video is simple but very useful. May I ask if the operation with Honda Gyro Canopy the same? I have problem in balance so I need 3 wheels scooter. Thanks

Hello. Thanks for your video, it is interesting, what are you saying?! A lot of people want to learn how to get on that basic thing, but they don't know where to seek info from hehe. I hope you make more 'basic' stuff vids, keep it up.
Getting my scooter soon so this was very helpful. Just have to pass the license exams and stuff
Got one already?
Dave Vlutters Yeah, but I ended up buying a dirtbike that goes as fast as a scooter (45km/h) but I am considering to buy a scooter instead.
Thank you for the video! Please tell me. Which break is the front, which is rear?
I will try riding a scooter in Phuket, thanks for your instruction.
I wish i saw this before i went to the Philippines. My group ended up renting scooters for a day and i kinda peer pressured myself into riding one with no prior experience. Very easy to ride but actually driving on the road with ppl passing you was terrifying.
This is such an amazing video. Thumbs up
Hi Ride Metch
Just want to say that this video really helped me on my recent trip to Bali.
Apart from that I think I did pretty well!!
e
You smashed into a wall!😮 Were you ok?
Thanks. Had my first try in Bali
