I was a therapist for 8 years, working with ot, pt and speech therapy, it is very important to exercise and move our bodies. So glad you are showing the community a way to step it out. Guess: 3080 steps. Also, the people giving you shit for exercising while playing a game is just wild lol. People also commenting on your physical health.. while you're exercising, is also wild. The irony in some of the statements. I'd like to see them get on camera and do some exercise so we can judge them for it, lol. Good video man. 😁

There is a Vr mod that u can use to play wotlk on private servers in true Vr. the way I play does not have a mod and is official servers. I will do a in depth video hopefully on the weekend and it will give you a better idea of what it looks like and how it works.
It was 1470 had two guesses close to it the person with the best guess never got back to me so I went with the second guess which was 1378 I believe and gave them a gift balance of 20 dollars I guess I should have made a post
My guess is it's about 2-3 miles of walking, so somewhere between 10-15k steps, I'll go with 12.5k steps to be safe. Edit: feel like I messed up my calculations because one step is generally like 2 feet... So divide my 12.5 by 2? Maybe I shouldve guessed 6k steps?

i dont think retail works for this kinda thing as far as immersion. retail you are always dive bombing on a flying mount down to quest givers and objectives. classic you literally spend close to 120 hours WALKING before you get a mount. there's levels to this.
@Khadeezy you may be correct but I’ve played retail and walking controls the mount. You cover more ground obviously but you can switch the different flight styles and not use dragon riding

Thanks appreciate the watch and comment. There is a good difference between walking on the treadmill and in real life. I would say it’s somewhere in between a real life walk and walking in sand. Taking breaks to fight mobs helps so that is why wow is good for this type of workout but if you keep at continuously it becomes hard and intense imo.

Few things not trying to upset you but Olympic and football players go over 20mph. Also it’s not my speed just the speed of the character in game according to the addon. Also it’s not real miles obviously that’s why I have a formula for it to convert it into real miles but thanks for the watch and comment
