Go to settings on oucules got to experimental go all the way down click "play while laying down" turn your head upside down and hold the oucules button turn upside up you should be upside down then hold the oucules button and your upside up but you can't jump straight dont worry if you need to go normal go to settings go to experimental and click "play while laying down" again and hold the oucules button (you dont have to restart your head set.)
