Nowadays screen flickering is very common.
Windows 10 has more issues than another version of windows. After watching this video not only you will learn how to fix the flickering issue but also you will understand where is the issue?
There is not a single reason for flickering but also there are various reasons. You have to investigate them thoroughly.
1. If compatible display driver not installed or if you have not installed drivers from the right source or you have updated your drivers in the latest update then you can face this issue.
2. If the resolution and refresh rate setting is not correctly set.
3. If you have installed recently cracked software or free version of the software from an untrusted site. then you can also face this issue.

Mere laptop me persistent flickering hoti hai but escape key press karne pe issue resolve ho jata hai. Within 5 minutes wapis flickering start ho jata hai.And flickering ke time mouse respond nhi karta.Koi bhi folder open nhi hota.Esc press karne pe for 5 minutes sab solve ho jaata hai and then problem chalu.

I use ubuntu in parallel with windows. In windows there is no screen related problem but while i start ubuntu i get to see persistent screen flickering. I’m facing this problem for past 1 year and yet i couldn’t find any possible solution. What could be the reason? @@MrARB oh not yet...but I'm told that it's not causing any issue so...I guess I'm fine with that for now. It's a technical issue with moisture inside or something.

I uninstalled the display drivers and the flickering stopped. It works fine after that. However after re-installing them and restarting, the flickering starts again. How to deal with this or what should i do?

Please guide me, if you have any other solutions.
I haven't really found a permanent solution other than to reset the complete system. But what I do now is I uninstall the display driver everytime I shutdown my PC. The next time I start it, the display driver gets installed automatically, and there's no flickering thereafter in that session. In the end again uninstall the display drivers before shutting down.

This can be due to display drivers problem or battery problem.
I suggest you to open laptop chasis and clean all the dust from it.
