I didn't find any sihost.exe.but when I searched for it in regstry the blinking stoped already but my pc has become way slower then before.What can I do?

For me it was Default Impersonation Level settings, I changed it to Anonymous and it started blinking taskbar on restart when I changed it back to Identify it stopped blinking

Brother I am having same problem of screen flicker and blue circle rotation near mouse in my Dell laptop Windows 11. As per your video I deleted sihost.exe from regedit in task manager. I switched of my pc and the same problem of flickering reoccured once I restarted my pc.

Hi Leonhart, It's because of some reason like graphic drivers issue or os issue and might be virus issue, So try to open ur system in safe mode or safe mode with network.
Had same issue. Contacted HP customer care and they said only option is to reset windows. It was due to shut down during windows update. But most of the data was recovered.
Welp, I guess I fucked my computer. My laptop was stuck at updating 100% so I shut it down and turned it back on. Now my taskbar is flickering. :/

I can help it happen same with me just go on log on screen and bottom left click shift+restart the. Go to trouble shoot advanced and click startup option and enable safe mode by using number of safe mode and press ctrl+alt+delte now to go

Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE
Click on the power icon and while holding down the shift key click on restart.
Now a menu will appear.
Click on troubleshoot.
Click on advanced options and click command prompt.
Wait for command prompt to open and then type regedit in it.
Then continue watching this video
Just close your pc or laptop three or two times or four times idk check if it works it works for me everything went back to normal

Black screen aaraha hai aur usme aaraha hai ki " master disk error plz boot your device"

it may have worked but with out windows b10 being activated it does not show image file but your video was good
No matter how long it takes do system restore this will fix all your issues trust me
Just go to boot menu and perform
But everything gets deleted!
